He is taking us where we do not want to go --- Time

Editor's notes: The face tells it all. When he is not performing, he is no longer smiling. Also and as it turns out, when he said, "We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States" no one dreamed that he was talking about fundamentally transforming the United States. -- jds

From Time
, we have this paragraph of thought. Make special note of the very last sentence ---- it is profound.

But while these explanations may be valid, they are also incomplete. A sense of disappointment, bordering on betrayal, has been growing across the country, especially in moderate states like Indiana, where people now openly say they didn't quite understand the President they voted for in 2008. The fear most often expressed is that Obama is taking the country somewhere they don't want to go. "We bought what he said. He offered a lot of hope," says Fred Ferlic, an Obama voter and orthopedic surgeon in South Bend who has since soured on his choice. Ferlic talks about the messy compromises in health care reform, his sense of an inhospitable business climate and the growth of government spending under Obama. "He's trying to Europeanize us, and the Europeans are going the other way," continues Ferlic, a former Democratic campaign donor who plans to vote Republican this year. "The entire American spirit is being broken."

Wow !! Obama's fall from grace, 68% approval on Day One and 41% now, represents a change of mind for those who voted for the man of 25% or approximately 17 million votes. He won the election by 9 million. Midknight Review has figured the election for Obama as if it were held today and has come up with a 15 million swing vote which translates into a 75 million to 54 million national election total - a major major defeat. That was our estimate. The numbers in the above article makes the vote margin even worse against Obama.

Point of post: to confirm our first estimates and to encourage the Right that unless he is able to do the miraculous, this election and 2012 will go a long way to nailing down the idea that we are dealing with the worst president of all time.

Midknight Review has forecasted that Obama will quit before the end of his first term; discouragement and threat of prosecution being two reasons factoring into our prediction.
