LETTERMAN TURNS: 'He'll have plenty of time for vacations after his one term'...

Editor's notes: you know Obama is in trouble when unthinking partisans such as David Letterman begin joking about Obama's one term presidency. Understand that this is not so much a bad sign for Obama as it is a revelation that even the most radical liberal sees Obama's ineptness as a leader.

A regular topic for discussion and humor on the Daily Show is the Obama presidency. Three months ago, Jon Stewart had nothing negative to say, at all.

Barbra Streisand - two weeks ago - failed to show at L.A. fund raiser for which she was a co-host !!

The fat Michael Moore has taken time on MSNBC to blast Obama into the next life, expressing his extreme disappointment in the fact that Obama has forsaken his liberal roots.

Mort Zuckerman, a major supporter of Obama as editor and CEO for US News and World Report, has gone on record with editorials in the NY Times as speaking of Obama's immaturity as a national leader, calling the president an "amateur."

And there is this disconcerting report from the CEO of Intel, a huge donor to the Obama '08 campaign:

Intel chief executive Paul Otellini offered a depressing set of observations about the economy and the Obama administration Monday evening, coupled with a dark commentary on the future of the technology industry if nothing changes.

Otellini's remarks during dinner at the Technology Policy Institute's Aspen Forum here amounted to a warning to the administration officials and assorted Capitol Hill aides in the audience: Unless government policies are altered, he predicted, "the next big thing will not be invented here. Say what you will; the notion of American Exceptionalism is a popular doctrine if not an excepted doctrine in the Pointed Headed academic community. Perhaps all of the above includes a reaction to our national "fall from grace" as superintended and encouraged by Barack Obama.
