Pelosi wants to investigate those who oppose the mosque; now Holder wants to investigate Arizona. We wonder - who's next on their list ??

A federal investigation of a controversial Arizona sheriff known for tough immigration enforcement has intensified in recent days, escalating the conflict between the Obama administration and officials in the border state.

Justice Department officials in Washington have issued a rare threat to sue Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio if he does not cooperate with their investigation of whether he discriminates against Hispanics. The civil rights inquiry is one of two that target the man who calls himself "America's toughest sheriff." A federal grand jury in Phoenix is examining whether Arpaio has used his power to investigate and intimidate political opponents and whether his office misappropriated government money, sources said.

The standoff comes just weeks after the Justice Department sued Arizona and Gov. Jan Brewer (R) because of the state's new immigration law, heightening tensions over the issue ahead of November's midterm elections. The renewed debate has focused attention on Arpaio, a former D.C. police officer who runs a 3,800-employee department, and a state at the epicenter of the controversy over the nation's estimated 12 million illegal immigrant . . . Editor's notes: the Obama/Pelosi Government has become our enemy, plain and simple. Do we need to stand up and fight? The Department of Justice has decided, as a matter of policy, that it should only enforce laws that are in agreement with the Marxist philosophies of the Obama, Holders, Pelosi and others of that ilk. Understand that Federal immigration laws - far more restrictive than the Arizona law - have been on the books since 1996 !!! Holder and his bosses have decided "screw Federal law." Laws against the terrorist funding of benevolent revenues have been on the books since 2004, yet Holder refuses to investigate Cordoba House "benevolent" funding. Once again, "Screw Federal law." Faced with the potential of voter fraud, the Department of "Justice" has decided to only pursue complaints that do not include charges against black participants - "Screw Federal law, let those New Black Muslims go !!"

Midknight Review does not believe that we have gotten to the point that armed resistance is the solution. We think all this idiot rhetoric from the Left is spelling out their demise, that they are doing themselves in without any help from the Right. They are detached from American opinion and are floating off into space - hopefully never to be seen again.

Prediction: expect to see Pelosi rephrase this idiotic statement before the end of this day. Obama did it and Pelosi is not far behind. It just takes these Dems more time to get their feet out of their mouths than it does with Republicans.
