1. Apparently there is a rumor that this taped speech was made more than 20 years ago, but Miss Sherrod begins her speech by thanking the Obama Administration - so there you have: this was a recent speech and Mr. Ben Jealous was at the event.
2. The video does record the racist attitude of Sherrod, without question.
3. Did that attitude effect her actions with the white farmer? We have not seen any evidence that it did, but neither have we seen any evidence of racism as a systemic aspect of the Tea Party Movement.
4. Her raciest remarks were well received by the NAACP audience in attendance as per the video.
5. Gateway Pundit believes that the current President of the NAACP was in attendance. Midknight Review believes the current NAACP President, Ben Jealous was, indeed, at the event and the pretense that he needed to investigate this incidence was an effort to confuse those who listened to his remarks.
6. We do not care about the angry defense of Sherrod by the "white farmer, " issued yesterday on CNN. Our concern is with what she said, the approving response of the NAACP audience and the hypocrisy of this organization to criticize any other organization when it is driven by racist views, leaving behind the dream of Doctor King and his wish for a colorless world.
7. We offer a longer version of the Sherrod video to establish the fact of her bias. Again, we make the point that the bias may have been more performance driven, as an appeal to an organization that would approve of her biased statements, rather than a marker of her actions with regard to the white farmer or any other cracker who needed the help of Sherrod. There is no evidence, as of yet, that Sherrod practiced what she preached !!! Understand that nothing in this video clip is critical to our post except the first few seconds, in which she thanks the Obama Administration.
8. As a final note, we reject the notion that the NAACP was "snookered" by FoxNews or Andrew Breitbart, as the organization's President charges. We believe that Ben Jealous has acted as a racist buffoon over the course of the past week, and is angry, now, that there is video proof of black bias within the NAACP, a bias he participated in, as well.
Again, we offer the portion of the video that makes the whole issue controversial. You make the call as to the existence of racism or not. What is not clear from this clip is Sherrod's decision to resist her bias and actully help the white former. Also, what is not present in either of these clips bitis present on video is Sherrod's bigoted opinion against FoxNews and the Tea Party folks. She is a much a black bigot as is Al Sharpton - just not with regard to the cracker farmer.
9. Understand the racist attitudes of those blacks now in charge of the governance of our country (most blacks do not fall within this characterization) is well established in the airing of this video revealing an approving response of the NAACP and its President, Ben Jealous, not to mention racist bias of ACORN, the Congressional Black Caucus, Jeremiah Wright and Louis Farrahkan, Van Jones, Eric Holder, Maxine Waters and her approval of Castro and on and on.
Note: there has been a question as to the date of this video. The confusion is the result of the apparent fact that the white farmer incident took place 20 years ago but the speech in which she references this event is recent -- since the election of Mr. Obama.
We ask this question in closing: what, exactly, has Obama done to end race baiting and bias? You tell us. We cannot document a single thing. " Why this failure," you ask ?
You mean that it is not obvious !!??

Hey John, I thought I saw somewhere that the speech was from March of this year...the STORY however is 24 years old (or some number like that). It happened a very long time ago. She was at an NAACP meeting and shared her experience and her "revelation" that made her see it wasn't about race.
