Our conclusion after the morning's Rasmussen Report ? His Tuesday speech did nothing to change the tide of criticism flooding his agenda.

Editor's notes: Rasmussen is one of the most accurate and dependable polling services available and is used by most members of Congress as they seek to measure public opinion. In the brief report below, Rasmussen Reports gives us numbers hours before Obama's speech (6/15/'10) and the day following that speech. Result: he did not effect the normal flux of the polls dynamic. We will know about the expected "bounce" as the coming week unfolds but for the time being, his polling numbers remain at record lows with no change in sight. It is clear that even Mr. Obama is running out of cheap words to say -- there have been so many.
