Just 48 hours ago, Robert Gibbs, Obama's official spokesman, denied that the value added tax was even in consideration. As it turns out, that was not true. Our question is this: is there nothing this man says that is not open to change within any given 24 hour period of time? Many voted for change but not this kind of change.
