Shepard Smith of FoxNews - an educated punk without a purpose in life except to be the best in the punkish world of news entertainment.

A fellow named Tommy Christopher, writing for Media-ite, has this to say:

One of the reasons I started the . . . . . series was so that people could see a different side of the people who play a large part in guiding the American political narrative. In this preview of my interview with NBC Chief White House Correspondent Chuck Todd, we see a more animated figure than we’re used to, discussing the “Drudge Effect” (my phrase) in journalism.

Editor's notes:

Understand that Tommy Christoher is talking other reporters and addresses them as those who "play a large part in guiding the American political narrative." Therein is the problem - the Marxist Media believes its roll is to guide and, therefore, shape political debate. Such represents a sea change from just thirty years ago. Back in "the good old days," we listened to Walter Cronkite without being aware of his radical leftist views. We didn't know and HATS OFF TO WALTER for that fact. He reported the news. He did not try to shape the news or drive the political debate. In today's media economy, representatives of conservative values often have to debate the news people who are interviewing them.

Chris Matthews (MSNBC) and Shepard Smith (FoxNews) come to mind --- peas in a pod. The difference between Matthews and Smith is that Matthews is an ideologue and Smith is only a grandstanding want-to-be liberal with no serious core. While we expect crap from MSNBC, we are surprised to find it on FoxNews. Don't misunderstand, this is not a rant against liberal representation on FoxNews, not at all. We respect the likes of Juan Williams, Mora Elison and other liberals on Fox. While we might not agree with them, they do have our respect. But Smith? Smith clearly has no regard for the Christian point of view, especially that part of the Christian population that believes in an indwelling Christ or miracles and the like. In addition to his angst against Christians, he demonstrates nothing but disgust with the conservative Tea Party movement - rolling it into any story that speaks of some wingnut with a gun or an overly aggressive presence, be it with a sign or a public confrontation Smith finds distasteful. And part of his daily reading includes The Daily Beast, which he often quotes as some sort of objective authority in the news world !!!! While he is obviously at liberty to quote from whatever source he chooses, The Daily Beast is a leftist rag and Smith is, apparently, one of its rag dolls. Finally, Smith loves to practice the "pundit ambush," inviting personalities onto his program and then jumping into their styck without any warning or provocation.

Midknight Review no loner watches Smith, except to see just how far left and antagonistic he can get. He forgets that his is a news show, not "The Shepard Smith Show." He misunderstands his success, thinking it has something to do with him rather than the fact he is a personality on FoxNews. Any FoxNews personality would have the same numbers [or better] as Smith. His shows beat out his competition, but run nearly 30% less viewership than Beck or O'Reilly or Hannity or Gretta. This editor is seriously tired of the slub.

We have included this 7 minute video of Smith doing whatever versus the RNC Chairman, Michael Steele. He comes across as a jerk, interrupting without purpose. Understand, Smith often invites guests onto his "show" simply for the purpose of insulting them. He is nothing but an educated punk in a suit and without direction in his life, politically or otherwise.

You don't have to listen to the whole thing, but take a couple of minutes and you will get our point:

Case closed. Let FoxNews know what you think.
