Midknight Review -- new and revised: So China gets angry and Obama sends the Dalai Lama out with the trash

Exiled Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama (L) walks out the doors of the Palm Room of the White House by trash bags waiting to be picked up due to delays from the snow storms of last week in Washington, DC, February 18, 2010 after meeting with US President Barack Obama.

Earlier in the day, the Dalai Lama came to the White House through the front door. China had a fit sooooo, when the meeting was over, Obama had the Dalai Lama escorted out the back door, passed the trash and off into oblivion.

Is anyone even slightly embarrassed? This editor is.
This incident, by itself, is very nearly all the reason we need to fire this Obama guy.

In light of that post, we wonder why he is so very gutless when it comes to dealing with various world leaders? He talks talks talks to Iran - a year of talking. What has been accomplished? With the passing of each day of Obama talk, Iran gets closer and closer to a nuclear bomb. Will Obama do anything to prevent this travesty? Of course not. He is afraid of Russia.

The Dalai Lama comes for a visit. The Chinese get upset and Obama shutters in fear and offers the worse kind of apology -- disgracing the Dalai Lama with the poorest of photo opts. Just incredible !!

Obama is allowing Hugo Chavez to bring in more than 100 missiles into Venezuela. Why ? Because, after the words are spoken and the angry looks are issued, he has nothing else to do.
