In 13 Baltimore high schools, not a single student is effecient in reading and math. 'nough said. But, of course, keep on voting for these clowns and show your appreciation from the public education you received . . . . . moron.

Add to the educational failures in the city, Baltimore is the 3rd most violent city in America with no hope for signifcant changes.
