Google issued a statement for that story, in which the company denied ever manipulating search results for political purposes.
Google’s statement did not answer four specific questions from TheDCNF, and a Google spokeswoman declined a follow-up request for answers to those questions, which are posted below:
- Is Google aware of other instances in which employees advocated for suppressing The Daily Caller or Breitbart?
- [Google engineer Scott] Byer wrote in his post: “Let’s make sure that we reverse things in four years.” He seems to indicate that Google employees should take actions to make sure Donald Trump doesn’t
win re-election in 2020. Is that a use of official Google communications that the company approves of? - Have other Google VPs been part of internal conversations about potentially suppressing conservative media outlets, or just [engineering vice president David] Besbris?
- Previous reporting by the
Wall Street Journal demonstrated that Google employees brainstormed ways to manipulate search results in response to President Trump’s travel ban. Can Google guarantee that there won’t be a third example of Google employees seeking to manipulate search functions for anti-Trump purposes?
Trump committed felony witness tampering in plain sight yesterday.
ReplyDeleteYou are the only nutcase making such a claim. There will be no criminal indictment and the House cannot prosecute an impeachment . . . it can only recommend one.

I didn't say "You are the only one saying such things." I said "You are the only nutcase saying such things." Trump has a right to speak his mind, just as Barack did when his attorney general was charged violating a subpoena. I mean, he exonerated Holding in prime time, on national television.
DeleteBad news for Trump. Flynn would only have gotten off by giving someone up above him. Trump and Pence.
ReplyDeleteSo why hasn't Mueller indicted someone, anyone, for collusion or obstruction. the way you think, Trump came to the election with 20 men and women willing to betray their country in a grand plot with Putin at the center, giving orders. Do you not understand how stupid that idea is?
ReplyDeleteBecause he's playing a masterful game of legal chess. He already has sealed indictments of Trump's family and probably Trump himself, he is not going to reveal them until he's ready to take Trump down. If he indicts Trump Jr. Trump will try to fire him.
ReplyDeleteThere will be no indictments of Trump, his family, or anyone close to Trump and his campaign. It is a hoax, a made up lie to cover for Hillary feckless ineptness as a candidate.
