Is the President obligated to supply and abortion to an alien minor? Well, kind of.

In what is being called  a partial victory,  the Supreme Court voted 9-0 to reverse a lower (and liberal) court that demanded an abortion be granted to an alien minor.  But don't get too excited.  The child had already gotten an abortion by the time the Court heard her case. And that is where the "partial victory" comes in;  turns out the High Court normally reverses a lower court decision as a matter of process,  if the case is no longer relevant.  The unanimous decision may indicate a new direction for the High Court,  but certainly,  an actual abortion case would not be decided 9-0.
