There are some who think Bannon's departure from the WH is the end of Trump's agenda. Conservative whiners complain that, with Bannon gone, Trump will not be a transformative President. My point is this: He could die tomorrow and transformation has ALREADY occurred, big time. Think about the following before you conservatives get to introspective, too negative, too whiny.
Not transformative??? Not an agent for change??? Taking down regulations on a 16 to 1 ratio when he promised a 2 - 1 ratio, I call that transformative. Firing 500 at the VA and signing legislation allowing private sector medical attention, after 40 years of talk talk talk, I call that transformative. Changing the direction of the Supreme Court for a generation or two, transformative big time. Kicking ass in Iraq versus ISIS, transformative. Getting the UN Security Council to vote 15-0 against N Korea. When was that done, last. Or getting China to agree to and impose sanctions against N Korea. All of this is transformative if you compare to Clintion, GW Bush and Obama's Administrations. Allowing our Generals to manage war-time conflicts. I am 72 and don't remember any President doing such. Again, transformative as hell. His attack on sanctuary cities . . . . monumental.
Update for Trump's stunning accomplishments: Add to the above the fact that Obama did next to nothing for three years as ISIS took Mosul and lived in the city from June of 2014 to June of 2017. 156 weeks of "strategic patience" (a bullshit phrase for "doing nothing while fooling the American people"). 156 weeks versus 23 weeks under Trump, and Mosul is free.
