Its a 6 minute video. And in these 6 minutes, fails to give a staight answer. Why? I have the answer.

This was a discussion that took place several years ago,  as Warren was setting up her "consumer protection agency."  What she does not want  known in a public setting,  is the fact that it is the government agency,  itself,  that determines what is to be protected   . . . . .   not the customer. The agency is "consumer based" only in the mission statement of the agency.  And in that fact,  we have the reason why she refuses to answer any of the questions present by Trey Gowdy.  This is a socialist "protection agency,"  with the government lodging complaints based on consumer input rather than fielding individual consumer complaints.  The agency is not about returning power to the people,  except as "the people" are represented by the all-knowing  government.
