A note about Genral Kelly:

I am more than fine with the appointment of General Kelly,  but I do not want him driving policy decisions within the WH.  There is a difference between creating policy and supporting policy.  Trump creates and drives;  Kelly supports.

Now,  of course his advice is critical,  but,  in the end, he needs to support our President's strategy/policy.  I think that is where General Kelly is.  Let's hope so.  Enough of people telling us how Trump should act and what he should say.

All is good. Scaramooci out, General Kelly all in and in charge.

And Ezra Klein has no clue as to what it takes to be a national leader given the task of repairing a nation that has been decimated by the fantasy of Barack Obama.

So Klein writes this headline:

I say,  Hail to the Chief.

The search for news has changed at Midknight Review.

Four years ago,  my research time was heavily invested in Drudge, Memeorandum,  MyWay, hack sites like The Blaze and Weasel Zippers.  The later will no longer accept my commentary,  too busy pretending to be a free speech conservative site rather than something belonging to the radically conservative One Toothers of America.  And the Blaze?  Well,  I can no longer stand Beck's whinny outlook on the world
and his decision that working with the enemy (i.e. "the Dems") has a value that transcends the value of this Once Great Nation.

Today,  My Way (dedicated news headline portal) has gone under,  quitting its service last month;  Drudge is almost useless to me,  featuring fewer political headlines than than in previous times.

Memeorandum has become my #1 news portal,  a liberal site featuring most of the Left Wing propaganda for the day  (Drudge does not do this at all).

When I seldom clicked on The Hill or Politico,  these two Left leaning sites are surprisingly objective at times, and allow conservative comments.  Not the case for the NY Times,  Weasel Zippers and The Blaze (where you have to subscribe and spend 20 minutes a day deleting one advertisement after another).

Of course there are other sites that I attend,  but Memeorandum is at the top of the list.

Jeff Blake, the other GOP Globalist Senator from Arizonia is not part of the Patriot Nation, either.

Editor's notes:  Jeff Flake believes his job as a GOP Senator from Arizona is to ride herd on our President.  He is a NeverTrumper as is his Senate soulmate,  John McCain.  Never mind the 64 million folks who voted for this President.  They do not count in the minds of these men. We don't count, and,  Flake is not just complicit in this,  he is a driving force in dividing the GOP and moving it away from its conservative roots.  Flake and his Comrades  are responsible for driving this nation into the global arms of the opposition,  plain and simple.  He should think about the answer to this question:  What happens,  when those 63 million decide to walk away from politics?  The Dems will win, of course,  but if Flake is successful,  the Dems have already won.

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) on Sunday said that Republican leaders who do not call out President Trump are complicit.
“I do think so,” Flake told CBS’s “Face the Nation” when asked if GOP leaders are complicit if they fail to call out Trump.

Flake said elected officials must hold each other responsible, whether it’s in the White House or in Congress.
“There are truths that are self-evident. And you’ve got to stand up and call, whether it’s the White House or other elected officials, to task when they’re not doing what they should,” he said.

Did the NY Times just admit its own malfeasance in supporting and driving the fantasy that Trump was a secret Russian agent?

David E. Sanger / New York Times:
Putin's Bet on a Trump Presidency Backfires Spectacularly  —  A little more than a year after the Russian effort to interfere in the American presidential election came to light, the diplomatic fallout — an unraveling of the relationship between Moscow and Washington on a scale not seen in decades — is taking its toll.
Editor:  "unraveling of the relationship between Moscow and Washington" is code for the unraveling of the so-called relationship between Putin and Trump.  Take it to the bank,  Trump is the stronger force.

That the Senate passed a bill requiring the President to leave Congressional sanctions in place was not just a slap in the face of President Trump,  it was thoroughly unnecessary except as a Presidential insult.
The vote,  98 - 2,  proves the Senate's opposition to all things Trump.  The legislation levied comparative harsh sanctions on Russia as it required Trump to honor sanctions against Russia, and, Iran.  It also reaffirmed Article 5 of the NATO treatise which speaks to the commitment of NATO members to defend  to any member nation if attacked by outside forces.  This is what the Senate does when it is not on vacation.  It works against our President as it grabs another fake headline that reads, "Senate protects the nation against a Presidency spinning out of control."

Understand that President Trump signed this bill,  insults and all. Clearly,  the President is on the same page as the Senate, but (!),  guaranteed,  the Prez will continue to do what he deems best.  Because of Obama,  we all know that Trump does not have to support any bill passed by Congress.  Barack brought that reality to light.

More than this, the Senate action proves to me the fact that we no longer need the Senate.  The part of Congress that responds to the people,  is the House of Representatives.  We no longer need to (a) what congressional grass grow, and (b),  support a Senate of 100 individuals who summarily ignore bills sent to the them from the House  (we are talking about hundreds of bills including the House's health care reform).
The arrogance and buffoonery of this body of Overlords is palpable.  The Senate can't fulfill a promise made seven years ago (the repeal of ObamaCare),  but has time to mirror the conduct of those in the Congressional Black Caucus.  Drop dead.

USC has become one of my favorite universities:

The Trump haters voted to box in Trump as they put sanctions on Russian that cannot be revoke except by the no nothings in Congress.

Well,  the haters really made things better,  this time,  right?  I mean,  telling Trump he cannot ease up on the Russians,  is not solving anything.  Instead,  our Trump Hating Congress is taking us closer to war with Russia.  What a bunch of losers  ~  editor.

Moscow (AFP) - President Vladimir Putin said 755 US diplomats must leave Russia and warned ties with Washington could be gridlocked for a long time, in a move Sunday that followed tough new American sanctions.
The Russian foreign ministry had earlier demanded Washington cut its diplomatic presence in Russia by September to 455 -- the same number Moscow has in the US.
"More than a thousand people were working and are still working" at the US embassy and consulates, Putin said in an interview with Rossia-24 television.
"755 people must stop their activities in Russia."
Putin added that an upturn in Russia's relations with Washington could not be expected "any time soon".

The Dems lobbied McCain while in recovery, and he agreed to support the Democrat cause.

According to The Hill,  McCain was lobbied by the Dems and agreed to block the GOP repeal bill.  Time for McCain to be ridden out of town.

Look,  the truth of the matter is this,  the GOP does not have 52 Republican Senators.  It only has 50,  make that 49 if you count Susan Collins  (which I do not  -  she is a liberal, yes,  but from Maine. She does not pretend).  Murkowsky and McCain are,  in fact, pretenders of the first order.

Former Vice President Joe Biden reportedly called Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) ahead of Friday's vote on Senate Republicans' healthcare bill, asking that he oppose the legislation.
According to a report by The Washington Post, McCain was called by both Biden and former Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) ahead of the vote, both pleading with McCain to oppose the "skinny' repeal.

Fake News story #229: Trump condones police brutality.

Hopefully,  you (readers) watched the President's speech before a large gathering of law enforcement.  In the speech,  he made a tongue in cheek comment  (in other words,  he was kidding) about how gentile the cops are when they put a suspect in a squad car.  Again,  it was tongue in cheek and everyone in attendance knew and most laughed.  For every police chief that criticized the Prez for his comments,  there are 100 that smiled and moved on.  Now you know.

Brian M. Rosenthal / New York Times:
Police Criticize Trump for Urging Officers Not to Be ‘Too Nice’ With Suspects

and 15 minutes later,  the Post printed a similar account.  Talk about collusion  !!!!!

  Washington Post:
U.S. police chiefs blast Trump for endorsing ‘police brutality’

Inspite of the absolute fact that Kushner's recent testimony was praised by leading Democrats, still, we have this pathetic development from the Leftouts:

Salon:
Democrats move to revoke Jared Kushner's security clearance  —  New bill would authorize FBI Director to revoke Jared Kushner's security clearance  —  If Rep. Don Beyer of Virginia and 20 of his fellow Democrats

I hope it still matters when folks are reminded that the Dems are the ones who criticized Trump for his temporary refusal to unconditionally accept the election results, while all the time and before the election results were known,  and,  had a plan in place to reject our elected Federal Government.
The media loves telling us how Trump should act and what Trump should say, all the while,  supporting and working for an Untied States of American under the rule of U.N. treatise.  That,  ladies and gentlemen,  is where this bunch of partisan pretenders is trying to take this nation.

You are being scammed by anti-Trump GOP Senators who pretend one thing, while supporting the very opposite.

Alaska Dispatch News:
Murkowski faces tough prospect of bipartisan, process-focused health care reform  —  WASHINGTON — When Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski returns to Congress on Monday, she'll face a likely daunting proposition of starting anew on health care and trying to make actual progress on bipartisan legislation.

Couple this storyline supporting the need for bipartisan legislation with McCain's call for a "return to regular order" in the Senate,  and you have two Senators,  at least,  who are lying to you about "repeal and replace."  Both of these deceivers ran on "repeal and replace" platforms to secure their place in the Senate.  Now they talk of "bipartisan legislation" and a "return to regular order," statements that mean the continuation of Obama Care and the death of "repeal and replace."

These two spiteful clowns,  along with others including the liberal,  Susan Collins,  are telling the GOP constituency,  "We won the election but are returning power to the Democrats."  That is what this kind of talk actually means.  Why?  Because the Dems are not going to vote for anything that remotely resembles "repeal."   The Dems will go for "repair and replace,"  but not "repeal and replace."
All of McCain's continuing talk of repeal is simply a lie.  Its in your face,  and is as undeniable as are his pretense at being a conservative.

Funny how that works.  They lose the election but remain in power  . . . . .   or,  did "they" really lose?  Maybe,  just maybe,  Collins Murkowsky, McCain are actually Progressive One Worlders pretending to be otherwise,  all the while,  scamming their voters and falsifying their party allegiance.  You think???

Actions speak louder than words.

So NOW you know.

WaPost verdict on the Russian collusion fantasy: " . . . . the collusion they were counting on just is not there." BAM !!! End of story, and oh, I told you so.

WaPo:  While everyone is fixated on President Trump’s unbecoming and inexplicable assault on Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the media has been trying to sneak away from the “Russian collusion” story. That’s right. For all the breathless hype, the on-air furrowed brows and the not-so-veiled hopes that this could be Watergate, Jared Kushner’s statement and testimony before Congress have made Democrats and many in the media come to the realization that the collusion they were counting on just isn’t there.

Have you noticed this about Trump?

Every time he stops tweeting,  he blows something up    . . . . . .   and that is a good thing.  This time,  he is going to blowup ObamaCare,  and,  he isn't doing a lot of talking.

Read the following story (scroll down) and you will see what I have in mind.

Hail to the Chief.

Trump is about to make a major decision that could be the end of ObamaCare.

The Blaze is reporting that President Donald Trump is threatening to end federal “BAILOUTS” for insurance companies,  if something is not done, legislatively,  by Congress.   Without the bailouts,  insurance companies would have to raise their rates to reflecft their true cost overruns.  This action would effectively force Congress to act or else put health insurance companies in the difficult position of having to raise rates on people who can’t afford to pay them or to leave Obamacare exchanges entirely.

Understand that the Affordable Health Care law,  must dole out million and millions in individual subsidies AND supply insurance company bailouts in order for this Democrat monstrosity to pretend to be affordable.

I do not believe these "bailouts" are borne of legislative process.  If that is correct,  the President can do exactly what he threatens.

Does the man want to keep his promises or what? !!!!

Hail to the Chief.

So a 9 yr old wrote this grand letter to President Trump and the Dems decided to investigat the kid!!!

So the Tinfoil and heartless folks on the Leftout, decided to do a handwriting analysis,  investigate the family's background,  and,  in every way,  try to dig up dirt on this boy.  In the end,  the letter is real and the Leftouts look like the fools they were born to be.

Time to start learning about the Democrat/Putin collusion scheme. On this, we actually have evidence.

Comments in bold print are mine, not the WSJ's ~ editor

A week ago, the Dems wasnted an open hearing when they grilled Paul Manafort and Don Jr.
WSJ:   It has been 10 days since Democrats received the glorious news that Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley would require Donald Trump Jr. and Paul Manafort to explain their meeting with Russian operators at Trump Tower last year. The left was salivating at the prospect of watching two Trump insiders being grilled about Russian “collusion” under the klieg lights.

Suddenly,  it is fine with them if the two sessions are closed
Yet Democrats now have meekly and noiselessly retreated, agreeing to let both men speak to the committee in private.

Why?  Maybe the WSJ has the answer, here.
Why would they so suddenly be willing to let go of this moment of political opportunity?
Fusion GPS. That’s the oppo-research outfit behind the infamous and discredited “Trump dossier,” ginned up by a former British spook.

Fusion co-founder Glenn Simpson also was supposed to testify at the Grassley hearing, where he might have been asked in public to reveal who hired him to put together the hit job on Mr. Trump, which was based largely on anonymous Russian sources. Turns out Democrats are willing to give up just about anything—including their Manafort moment—to protect Mr. Simpson from having to answer that question.

WSJ asks this critical question, something we
have been arguing from the beginning
What if, all this time, Washington and the media have had the Russia collusion story backward? What if it wasn’t the Trump campaign playing footsie with the Vladimir Putin regime, but Democrats? The more we learn about Fusion, the more this seems a possibility.

We know Fusion is a for-hire political outfit, paid to dig up dirt on targets. This column first outed Fusion in 2012, detailing its efforts to tar a Mitt Romney donor. At the time Fusion insisted that the donor was “a legitimate subject of public records research.”

McCain does not trust the House to amend the skinny repeal. What a joke of a man and a politician this clown has become. Open letter to him as it appears on his Facebook.

Funny. No one trust you at all. EVERYONE KNOWS that this "skinny" bill would have to be amended, in this session of congress or in the future. Everyone. But rather than re-establish the 40 hour work week, end punitive fine so small business could survive and individual would have their choice back, rather than do that, you decided to stick it to all of us in your hatred of our Prez. What a stinking jerk you have become.

Black Democrats label General Kelly an "extremist " simply because he is one of many generals in our military.

Democratic Rep. says Trump is 'militarizing the White House' with Kelly appointment

"By putting Gen John Kelly in charge, Pres Trump is militarizing the White House & putting our executive branch in the hands of an extremist"  ~ Representative Barbara Lee,  another member of the Congressional Black Caucus,  the same folks who praised Fidel Castro and gave honor to the Venezuelan despot,  Hugo Chavez.

Clearly,  she is a Marxist who cares nothing about our Constitution or the Founding Fathers.  She saw no problem when Barack weaponized the IRS against conservative organizations  (targeting  340 such conservative groups).  She was fine when the EPA's move to take away private landowners rights via a clean water bill that has been reversed by President Trump.  She was fine with an U.N. treatise that would have taken away private gun ownership,  arguing that U.N. treatises supersede our Constitution.  She supports the cop killers in Black Lives matters and Farrakhan's Nation if Islam.

The Progressive Left-Outs of the Democrat party militarized themselves decades ago.

Ever wonder why Democrat Blacks are so mental compared to Conservative blacks?

And he is still thinking he will run again, in 2020.

Not only does Sanders have to deal with the fact that he turned tail and deserted the millions who supported him in the primaries,  now it turns out that he benefitted from his wife being a crook  . . . .  or so goes the legal rumors as seen in this headline:

No need to embellish this story.  The facts are enough,  for now.   What a loser.

Fake News story (as in pure slander #228: Dad is a secreat spy and Don Jr is part of the Mexican Drug Cartel.

Grant Stern / The Stern Facts:
Trump Jr. Now Tied to Mexican Drug Cartel's Money Laundering Bankers

I just finished reviewing this "article."  The moron who wrote this piece,  is a Democrat operative,  part of the propaganda cabal organized by the Socialist Democrats in their efforts to refuse the current Federal Government.

I am not a government guy,  but neither have I ever supported a takedown of our government by any means other than the ballot box.  Nor do I make up crap for the sake of winning the debate.  Virtually everything I write that is controversial to a Radicalized Lib is taken from or confirmed in their Liberal Media.  Kind of makes it hard to debate my points when I use their own Media  (maybe other Citizen Journalists should use the same tactics) to win the debate,  no?

At any rate,  this story is a headline on the very Left Wing "Memeorandum" because,  and only because,  it spews the same type of nonsense typical to the past two years of Stalinist Media propaganda.

It wasn't dumb enough to charge Trump Sr as being a spy for the Russians;   now,  they are "exposing" Don Jr as a Mexican Cartel Drug Lord.

The Russian collusion storyline has turned out to be a joke.  Guaranteed,  this Don Jr storyline will not be picked up by any serious Left (out) Media.  They are already embarrassed enough with their current fairytales,  to wonder off into this cartel nonsense.

Just wanted you to know the limits of their slanderous rhetorical nonsense.  And,  now you know.

Finally, after months of mystery surrounding Steele's Dossier designed to take down our President, the Dems want to know . . .

Finally,  after months of mystery surrounding Steele's Dossier designed to take down our President,  the Dems want to know who funded the debunked 35 page dossier.  It sure as hell was not funded by Trump or anyone in his campaign.  Understand that the dossier disproves the nonsense that Trump was a secret agent of the Russians.  Guaranteed, this change in direction,  will not work in favor of the Democrats.

Byron York / Washington Examiner: Democrats want to know who's behind Trump dossier

Kimberley A. Strassel / Wall Street Journal:   Who Paid for the ‘Trump Dossier’?

You should know that there are two big time scandals brewing that may add to the destruction of the Democrat/Socialist Party.

1. The Dossier scandal with the probability of Democrat/Kremlin ties.

2.  And,  the developing Wasserman-Schultz scandal  (more on this in the near future) involving her computers,  destroyed with hammers.

Kimberly Guilfoyle has the President's ear. Here is what she told him (and this supports Sacaramucci's rant).

Fox’s Kimberly Guilfoyle Confirmed to POTUS ‘Problem’ Reince Priebus is the Leaker

Chief of Staff Reince Priebus has long been accused of leaking White House inner workings to the press. Over dinner with President Trump, Fox News’ Kimberly Guilfoyle revealed ‘problem’ Reince Priebus was the administration’s leaker.   (READ THE REST OF THE STORY HERE).

McCain celebrates with the Dems after he sabotages the GOP and Donald Trump

GDP for the 2nd Q was . . . . .

GDP  for the 2nd Q was 2.6%.  Understand that GDP is the measure of how many dollars change hands  (income and expenses) in a single month compared to the previous month.  The 2nd quarter did 2.6% more business than the first quarter.

Now,  before we Trumpsters get too excited,  understand that Obama had many quarters of 2.6%,  and many were 2nd quarter expansions.  Still,  Barack's GDP average for each of his eight years was 1.8%,  near recessionary levels.

This 2nd quarter report,  as it stands alone,  is not an indication that Trump's first six months has changed the direction of this nation,  financially speaking.

Here is a good reason for rejecting the criticism: Trump is a dissappointment to the leaders of the World.

Someone wrote,   " . . .  almost 3 out of 4 people in the world live in countries with high or very high governmental restrictions or hostilities toward religion."

Note to the Trump hating Progressives,  Big               Government Republicans,  and Bernie socialists:

Keep the above stat in mind next time  you criticize Trump for being a "disappointment" to the leaders of this world:  Most of these "leaders are despots," who hate religion and repress their national population.

Too bad this Moronic Senator does not get the fact that this bill was a first step. What a freaking loser.

He gave us the Commun-ist One Worlder,  Barack Obama,  and now,  he may have cost the GOP the 2018 election.  Time will tell,  but most certainly,  it is time for this bastard to retire.

Understand that his vote was all about his hatred for Trump and nothing more.  His arrogance is overwhelmed by his pathetic ego.

Note to the readership: What follows is a series of posts . . . . .

Note to the readership:  What follows is a series of posts I call "short and sweet."  These post are pushed forward to let the reader know exactly where I (and Midknight Review) stand as relates to the personalities related to the Trump Administration.

Trump as I see him:

You cannot write a series of articles about the personalities within the current Administration without beginning with the President.

I like him.  I see a strategy in nearly everything the man does,  including his recent public attacks on Jeff Session,  who I also like.

I believe the President wants Session to pick up speed on several issues at hand.  And,  as a result of the latest public humiliation,  Sessions is responding in a positive way.

This blog has no plans on being an adviser to Trump.  Neil Cavuto on Fox Busness News,  cannot air a segment without telling us over and over again, that Trump should stop with the Tweets.  I am not going there,  because I know that Trump is not going to do    . . . . . .   and how many times has the man be vindicated (two or three weeks down the road) after sounding off with one of his tweets?

Can he walk and chew gum?  Wow.  How about this: The man can walk and do 10 different things at the same time. If you think he is a do nothing-but-talk president  (ala Barack Obama),  you simply are not paying any attention to what is going on.

The fact that McCain and Shep Smith (Fox News) are "never Trumpers" is a huge plus for the President.

At any rate,  I want this to be "short and sweet,"  so I will forego the rather long list of major accomplishments at this time.

The biblical Cyrus (the Persian king who defeated the Babylonians and freed Israel from that bondage)  was a pagan and a God appointed blessing to Israel at the same time.  Donald Trump is our Cyrus.

Then there is Reince Priebus

Reince Priebus deserves an Oscar for the roll he played as RNC Chairman.  He was as important to the Trump campaign,  as Chairman,  as was Steve Bannon.  But,  Priebus is not a "rough and tumble" sort of guy.  He is in the company of a group of political butt kickers   . . . . .   a little out of his element.

Nothing wrong with Reince.  Nothing wrong the political butt kicking mentality.  But the two do not make for a good marriage. If he stays,  he stays.  He is fiercely loyal to the President,  but is no match for the Posse that rode into town with Trump.

About Steve Bannon

In keeping with "short and sweet,"  all I have to say about Bannon is this:  He is a huge part of the reason Trump is President.  He is "rough and tumble," as much as is Scaramucci but without the drama and is a great political strategist.  Trump needs to keep people around him who will help win him a second term.  Steve Bannon is one of those people   . . . . . . .    period.

Now you know.

About Sarah Huckabee Sanders: She is . . . . . .

Short and sweet:  Sarah Sanders is better at her job than was Sean Spicer,  and I liked Sean.

Tucker Carlton interviewed Jeff Session. Here is my take in 40 words or less

Sessions is in El Salvador doing the work of the Attorney General.  He came across as a wounded member of the Trump Revolution,  as gracious as he was determined. He is a keeper.  'Nuff said on this,  as well.
____________________________

Sidelight:  Senator Grassley made it clear, today,  that if the President fires Sessions,  he will not have an Attorney General until next year sometime.

For the record, Trump needs to dump Scaramucci and in a hurry. 'Nuff said.

Turns out that Hillary was in collusion with the Kremlin or a representative of the Russians.

Fusion GPS was hired by a Democratic ally of Hillary Clinton to smear Trump during the campaign.  Fusion, with ties to the Kremlin, produced the "Steele Dossier," a 35 page document that was designed to take Donald Trump out of the election via a number supposed scandals.  The document was given to John McCain in January of 2017, who read the paper and immediately took it to the FBI  . . . .  the document was subsequently debunked by the FBI.  An insider in this matter,  Bill Browder,  was to testify Wednesday in regards to this latest bit of collusion between Hillary and the Russians.  His testimony was postponed until today,  Thursday the 27th.

Fox News:   Senate Democrats used a parliamentary maneuver Wednesday to cut short a high-profile hearing, where a key witness was set to testify on Russia’s misdeeds and also raise fresh allegations against the company behind the infamous anti-Trump dossier.
Bill Browder, the CEO and co-founder of Hermitage Capital, was set to tell the Senate Judiciary Committee that the co-founder of the firm Fusion GPS was hired to conduct a “smear campaign” against him. Further, he planned to testify the campaign was orchestrated by Natalia Veselnitskaya — the Russian attorney who sought the highly scrutinized Trump Tower meeting with Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner, and then-campaign chairman Paul Manafort in June 2016.
Browder released written testimony ahead of the hearing but his public remarks were delayed when Democrats invoked the “two-hour rule” to protest Republican efforts to repeal ObamaCare. The seldom-used rule bars committees from meeting more than two hours after the full Senate begins a session.

Every time I think back to the 2016 election cycle, I start laughing.

The Stalinists of the Left  (where else) put all their faith in science.  Never mind that their science has given us the Tranny Revolution (folks who cannot accept the most basic of realities),  ten or fifteen theories as to the origin of the universe (me,  I only have one "theory"),  the Piltdown Man: British archaeology's greatest hoax,  the fifteen year global warming email scandal (scientist hiding satellite numbers from the population),  any number of doom and gloom predictions about warming-caused disasters that never to come to pass including the "100 year death of the Gulf"  following the oil spill from the Deep Water Horizon (folks were back in business in 18 months), and the latest "scientific"  scam,  that being the hundreds of polls taken showing Trump losing in the latest "scientific" poll.  I give you a perfect example,  with the hopes that it puts a smile on your face  ~  editor.

Trump donates his salary to a program sponsored by the Department of Education.

Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee-Sanders announced President Trump has donated his quarterly salary of $100,000 to the Department of Education.

“Secretary DeVos, it is my pleasure to present a check on behalf of the President of the United States of $100,000 to the Department of Education,” she said.  The money will go to the academic programs given the brand of STEM  (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

When was the last time you witnessed such generosity?

Did Jeff Sessions just save his job?

Attorney General Sessions may have just saved his job.
Understand that Trump is all about results.  If he has
to humiliate someone, in an effort to get things done,
he will.  If Sessions wants to remain A.G.,
he will have to perform.  Looks like he got the message.

Fox News   is reporting that Attorney General Jeff Sessions will soon announce several criminal leak investigations, Fox News has learned.
A U.S. official familiar with the discussions said Tuesday that the planned announcement surrounding stepped-up efforts on leak investigations has “been in the works for some time and will most likely happen sometime in the next week.”

The news comes in the wake of days of intense pressure on Sessions, with President Trump lashing out and expressing his “disappointment” with the attorney general, through tweets, interviews and news conferences.
The investigations will look at news reports that publicized sensitive intelligence material, according to officials who have been briefed on the matter.
Meanwhile, it appears that Sessions has no plans to step down at this point.

Truns out that "collusion" is more a Democrat problem than a Trump problem.

The Russians created the Steele Dossier in an effort to smear
Donald Trump.  THAT is the connection between Trump and
the evil Russians.  And a key player is about to testify to this end.

Washington Examiner:    One of the co-founders of the company that assembled the infamous “Russian Dossier” on President Trump in 2016 has done an about-face and is now agreeing to give an interview with the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Late last week, Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson and his attorneys told the committee Simpson would invoke his Fifth Amendment Rights, and said the numerous committee investigations into Russian meddling in the 2016 elections had been overtaken by “partisan agendas.”
The top senators on the committee, Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., said in a joint statement, “Our goal remains obtaining substantive information from witnesses to advance our oversight work and get answers the American people deserve.”
By agreeing to an interview, the subpoena Simpson faced which previously demanded he attend a hearing this Wednesday has been waived.
Fusion GPS hired former British spy Christopher Steele to compile the so-called dossier which contained 35 pages of unsubstantiated and oft-salacious claims about Trump and many of his associates. The dossier also alleged numerous ties between Trump and some of his associates with Russian people and businesses.

It is looking good for an Obama healthcare reform bill as a first step.

Understand that ObamaCare is going down.  Not because of the GOP,  but because the D.C. Stalinists could not write a financial law that made any fiscal sense.  Kind of tough to do when you are opposed to "profit" and have no concept as to the impact of a growing national debt.   With ObamaCare,  millions of Americans are paying high monthly premiums ($1500 to $2100 per month for any number of family plans) while receiving no coverage because their 6,000 - 8,000 dollar deductibles are higher than their annual medical expenses  . . . . . .   just as planned by the Obama Administration.  You might call that "coverage,"  I call it a bait and switch insurance scam.  Again,  because of high ObamaCare prescribed deductibles,  millions of Americans are paying for nothing;  effectively they have no insurance.

The Skinny Repeal Plan
At any rate,  in the Senate,  it is looking good for passage of the smallest of amendments to ObamaCare.  They are calling it "the skinning repeal," and it is limited to a repeal of the healthcare devise tax and an end to both the individual mandate and the employer mandate.

Frankly,  I do not see how any universal health care plan continues  without a forced mandate.  Without the mandate to purchase healthcare insurance,  millions will decide to forego insurance until they actually get sick.

The bad thing about this GOP repeal plan,  is found in the fact that ObamaCare remains in force and in its current "death spiral" state.   The good thing is that we,  the people,  have a choice and will no longer be fined for deciding not to participate.

A return to acceptable profit margins for businesses,
and,  the 40 hour work week for employees.
More than this,  small businesses will benefit as well.  They will no longer be forced to offer ObamaCare to their employees.   This will open up hiring,  once again,  and provide a real-time stimulus to our economy.  Understand that under Obama, and,  for the last two years of his tyranny, more small businesses went broke than were created.  That scenario was never an issue before Obama.  That more small businesses closed than were created is the direct result of the employer mandate.  Again,  if the "skinny repeal," passes trough Congress,  that problem will be solved.

Additionally,  employers will no longer have the need to limit an employees working hours.  Without the employer mandate,  our nation's businesses will have no need to limit hours to avoid being forced into offering ObamaCare.  We,  as a nation,  can return to a 40 hour work week.

When you stop to think about it,  this "skinny repeal" is a very important step to putting the nation back on its feet  . . . .  a critical first step,  in fact.

When will this happen?
We should know by the end of the week.  The Senate voted to open the floor for debate,  two days ago.  Debate ends after 20 hours of actual floor discussion.  A final vote is, then,  required,   and,  win, lose or draw,  that is the end of the matter,  at least for the near future.

Assuming this headline is true (after all, it came from CNN), Matt Drudge is developing a Messiah complex.

Oliver Darcy / CNNMoney: Matt Drudge is firing warning shots at Trump, and that should worry the president  —  Conway: White House staff is tough, but humble  —  Matt Drudge has been in the White House an awful lot these days

Editor's notes:  For the record,  Matt Drudge had little to nothing to do with putting Trump in the White House.  His claim to fame is his news/headline site,  a collection of current headlines for the day.  You tell me how that helped put Trump into the Presidency.

Fake News story #228 Tillerson is finished. Not true according to a smiling Tillerson

Fake News story #228:  Tillerson is finished.

Not true according to a smiling Tillerson.

The Stalinist media is all about wedge issues and civil unrest.  That is their job,  apparently.  Good thing we have an effective and capable alternative media.

Wednesday,  as Secretary Tillerson was entering the West Wing,  he was asked about his exit from the Trump Administration.  "How much longer do you intend to serve,"  was the question.  The Secretary stopped,  turned,  and with a smile and a shrug,  said,  "As long as the President wants me to serve."

So much for crack reporting   . . . . . .   and "crack" seems to be the word for the day.  These clowns have been on drugs since the day Trump announced,  first laughing at the thought of his presidency,  then crying,  and,  now,  working to overthrow our duly elected government.  Go to hell,  I say,  and never,  ever forget.

Foxconn coming to Wisconsin and this really is a big deal. Score another one for the President.

Foxconn to set up shop in Wisconsin,  bringing 13,000 jobs to the state.

Since November of 2016 and the election of Donald Trump,  his Administration has witnessed the creation of 76,000 manufacturing jobs.

And now,  this announcement.  Foxconn has never been in the United States   . . . . . . .   until now.  This decision,  on the part of Foxconn,  will develop at least 3,000 good paying jobs,  and,  as many as 13,000 jobs.  This is an extremely important development.  If this announcement winds up being a reality,  it will play a role in the 2020 elections.  Trump won Wisconsin (10 electoral votes) by a little over 1%.  Wisconsin will be a key state in the coming presidential election.

Foxconn produces IPhones and IPads for Apply.

Since March of 2017,  we have seen 863,000 jobs created  . . . . .   an average of more than 172,000 new jobs per month,  the highest jobs rate in 17 years.

Hail to the Chief.

Sometimes, I think Politico almost gets Trump. This is a perfect headline (see below).

Michael Kruse / Politico: To America, It Looks Like Chaos.  For Trump, It's Just Tuesday.  —  It started Monday morning with Donald Trump calling his own attorney general “beleaguered.”  It continued with an Air Force One flight to West Virginia and a rambling, partisan speech to thousands of hollering Boy Scouts

Congressman Steve Scalise, on the truly Good Guys, is doing great after the Democrat shooting.

MedStar Washington Hospital Center:
Condition Report: Rep. Steve Scalise  —  Congressman Steve Scalise has made excellent progress in his recovery from a life-threatening gunshot wound six weeks ago.  Yesterday, he was discharged from MedStar Washington Hospital Center and is now beginning a period of intensive inpatient rehabilitation.

Trump is seeing the need to surround himself with street fighters.

Trump is seeing the need to surround himself with street fighters. And that is not the role Jeff Sessions wants to play.  Maybe Ted Cruz does have a shot at AG, or even Rudy Giuliani.  Time will tell.

Understand that the Democrats have played hardball for years.  They were the first "street fighters,"  burning our cities,  killing our cops,  and tearing this country down. What Trump is doing can be called "Equal time."

40,000 at Boy Scout Jamboree chanting "We Love Trump."

MSNBC played the audio of these folks cheering our President.  "Some of these Boy Scouts were as young as 9 years old.  Shame on the President for making this a political rally!"  That was the strategy for MSNBC,  as it tried to dampen the enthusiasm for the President's appearance.  Question:  Any one think it was the 9, 10, 11, 12 years wildly cheering for the President or,  maybe,  it was their parents.  I will bet there was 15,000  parents/adults in this crowd.  It was the adult population that cheered the President.  And the reception was impressive.

Maybe she should have worked through problems and remained at FoxNews.

Because of NASCAR’s rain-delayed and caution-filled Brickyard 400 race on Sunday, Megyn Kelly’s show aired at 9 p.m instead of 7 p.m.   As a result,  her show got just 2.71 million total viewers, down from her previous low of 3.1 million total viewers last week, according to Nielsen data.  She has not had an up-tick from the week before since the program started.  Her first week scored 6 million viewers and it has been downhill since,  each and every week.

I expect her show to return to a 3 million size audience,  next week.  Still,  these numbers are absolutely terrible

Fake News story # 227: 22 million folks will be kicked off their insurance plan if the GOP wins this debate.

CBO's Secret: 73% Of Coverage Difference Between Obamacare & GOP Bills Driven By Individual Mandate.

And what is the significance of this fact?  Specifically,  it means that 73% of current ObamaCare policy holders would voluntarily leave the program.  Emphasis on "voluntarily."   In other words,  the notion that 22 million folks would be "kicked off ObamaCare" with the new GOP plan,  is a lie.

When you have a family of four,  paying $1,700 a month (!) for a plan that requires them to spend $6,000 in a 12 month period before the policy kicks in and helps,  is not coverage,  it is a scam.

ObamaCare is (still) not universal coverage.  30 million folks still do not have insurance  . . . .   and they will all be treated in our E.R. facilities.  More people have opted to pay the fine than have joined as individuals.                                                                  _______________

You will want to read the Forbes article,  here,  for the rest of the story.

Rand Paul thinks "free trade" and "made in America" are opposities to each other.

Rand Paul: Poor people are richer because of Walmart and free trade, not ‘Made in America’

Well,  O.K., Rand is half right on this point.  Just understand that Walmart and free trade can coexist with the notion of "Made in America."  When I see "made in America," I have a choice as to what I will buy.  Sounds good to me. I think THAT is free trade,  as well.

Rand seems to think the two demands, "free trade" and "made in America," are counter to each other.  But that is Rand for you.  No wonder he stopped practicing medicine.  A doctor who is half right,  on occasions, is a problem, no?

Want proof that Hillary's document deletions were intentional?

Want proof that Hillary's document deletions were intentional?

Understand that Comey could not come up with anything that would scream "criminal intent."    Nonsense.

Turns out that Wasserman Shultz deleted her emails (with Hillary),  and part of that action involved using a hammer to destroy a number of laptops. This was done after being told that her laptops were part of a potential investigation.   The FBI just commandeered those laptops.  You don't destroy a laptop,  using a hammer, without having criminal intent.

Secondly.  Hillary destroyed several of her IPhones using a hammer, again,  committing to an intentional obstruction of justice,  after she was told to preserve all documents.

So, there you have it.  Comey should have been fired,  and,  even investigated for collusion with the Clinton Campaign.  He is a crook
and the smoking gun,  in this case,  is a hammer.

What is wrong with the following three headlined stories? Simple, they . . . . . .

Mike Allen / Axios: Exclusive: Trump ponders Rudy Giuliani for attorney general  —

Washington Post: Trump leaves Sessions twisting in the wind while berating him publicly

John King / CNN: A chill emanating from the White House reaches State Department

Editor's notes: What is wrong with the above three headlined stories?  Simple,  all have been created by enemies of the Middle Class and the Trump Administration.  All three stories (above) come from an enormous collective dedicated to the overthrow of a duly elected President.    Axios, the Wa/Post and CNN are dedicated anarchist organizations and embrace as Leftist points of view as we have had to deal with in our history.  That being said,  there is no reason to believe their daily and published crap.

How many lies have these propaganda centers published over the past two years?   Literally hundreds if not thousands.  As and editor,  I have to make decisions as to what headlines I will post and comment on.  I would say,  the number of headlines I choose to ignore,  averages 12   . . . . . .   that's 12 rather ignorant or false headlines per day  . . . . . .   (certainly) since the Inauguration.  Since the Inauguration,  the math would take us to 1980 stories that are nothing but propaganda and lies.  Add to this, the 225 "Fake News stories" documented on this blog.  and, you have a Left Wing strategy of lies and misinformation that boggles the mind.

Take the departure of Sean Spicer, for example,  and,  the Marxist misinformation campaign,  that asserted that he was forced out of the Administration.  Spicer made it clear that his departure was his idea,  that Trump did not want him to leave.  Couple his explanation with the fact that Sean's departure and the Marxist nonsense surrounding that event,  completely dropped off the face of the earth after his televised explanation.   It is gone  as a daily news item  . . . . .    nowhere to be found.   But,  before the storyline failed,  20/30 stories, filled with lies and make believe scenarios,  were published.

The point of this post?  To remind you, the conservative reader, that the Left Wing no longer owns an objective news force.  Its all political.  It is all Globalist.  It is all Wealth Redistribution,  and it is these things BEFORE it is about the particulars of their newest or current campaigns.  Never forget this and stop believing their published and confirmed propaganda.  Just stop.

Forget the national polls. Partisan votes and a measure of enthusiasm levels are the two critical predictive realities.

On Saturday,  Byron York,  gave us this summary and explanation answering the question,  "Why is the GOP destroying the DNC when it comes to raising money,  even when it comes to small donations  ($200 and under).

The Republican president has a job approval rating around 40 percent. The GOP has an unfavorability rating around 56 percent. And Republicans trail Democrats by nine points in an average of "generic ballot" polls.

[Note:  You should know that Presidents are not elected by a national vote so much as they are elected by partisan votes  . . . . . .  and the GOP is winning in this category,  both in numbers willing to vote and those willing to give, large and small]

All of which makes it notable that the Republican National Committee is trouncing the Democratic National Committee when it comes to raising money, especially from small donors.
The numbers are striking. In June, the RNC raised $13.5 million to the DNC's $5.5 million.
For 2017 so far, the RNC has raised $75.4 million to the DNC's $38.2 million.
The RNC started the year with $25.3 million in cash on hand. Now it has $44.7 million. The DNC started the year with $10.5 in cash on hand. Now, that has fallen to $7.5 million.
As of June 30, the RNC reported $0 in debt. The DNC reported $3.3 million in debt.
A look inside the numbers is even worse for the DNC. Looking at collections from small donors — that is, those who contributed less than $200 — the RNC raised $10.5 million in the months of May and June. The DNC raised $5.3 million from small donors in the same time period.
The RNC's money total is a record — more than was raised in any previous non-presidential election year. That is true for June, and for all of 2017 as well. The $75.4 million raised this year compares to $55.4 million for the same period in 2015; to $51.2 for the same period in 2014; to $41.1 million for the same period in 2013, and so on going back.
"It's definitely a reflection of support for President Trump," said RNC spokesman Ryan Mahoney. "Our small-dollar donors are giving at a record pace because they believe the RNC is supporting President Trump, and they like that."

Well, maybe the FBI has not forgotten about all those smasked computers belonging to Wasserman Schultz.

The Daily Caller:
EXCLUSIVE: FBI Seized Smashed Hard Drives From Wasserman Schultz IT Aide's Home

FBI agents seized smashed computer hard drives from the home of Florida Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s information technology (IT) administrator, according to an individual who was interviewed by Bureau investigators in the case and a high level congressional source.

Here is "impeachment" in a nutshell:

Will Trump be impeached?  If the GOP keeps the Senate and no criminal complaints are proven,  there is no chance for a successful impeachment trial.

First, impeachment is not, by itself, the removal of a president. It is a single step in a multi-step process: The House Judiciary Committee must recommend impeachment. Then the House of Representatives carries out an impeachment vote. If that vote succeeds (by a simple majority), a trial takes place in the Senate (presided over by the chief justice of the Supreme Court), where a two-thirds majority is then required to convict.

{Because the GOP controls both houses of congress,  impeachment really is not possible until the third year of Trump's first term  ~  editor]

Second, what are the grounds for impeachment? Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution reads, "The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
Has Trump committed treason? The Constitution has a very specific definition of treason: "levying War against [the USA], or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." Trump hasn't waged war on the United States, and because we aren't at war with Russia, giving them state secrets probably isn't treason either. Bribery? Not that we know about. High crimes and misdemeanors? This is a very definite "maybe."

[In other words,  there is no evidence for any criminal behavior, treason or bribery  ~  editor]

"High Crimes and Misdemeanors" was a catchall phrase, common in 18th century British law. It didn't refer to a special kind of crime, but rather regular crimes committed by the high and mighty – people with political power. The framers of the Constitution made it clear that, although they didn't want presidents to be fired every time Congress got antsy, they did want to leave an escape hatch in case the chief resident of the White House went bad.

What exactly qualifies as a "high crime and misdemeanor"? Strict constitutional constructionists argue that it must be something actually illegal, a crime for which someone could be convicted in a court of law. Broad constructionists, instead, believe that impeachable offenses are anything Congress thinks is unacceptable. Or,  to quote then Rep. Gerald Ford during the failed 1970 attempt to impeach Supreme Court Justice William Douglas, "an impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history."

Why is the following headline important?

Greg P. / twitchy.com: IT'S HAPPENING!  New poll has Kid Rock up by 4 over Debbie Stabenow

Why is the following headline important?  Because we are talking about a Senate seat in Michigan  . . . .  and the Kid has a chance.  It is critical to the Trump agenda that the GOP keeps control of the Senate.

James Carville,  "serpenthead" to many of his detractors,  two weeks ago,  told us that House could fall into the hands of the Dems,  but not the Senate.

Time will tell.  Just know that James Carville is as partisan a Democrat and exists.

A record of sorts has been set with the words "God Bless the United States of America."

President Trump has used the term "and God bless America," or "God bless the United States of America"  more often in his first six months than Barack Obama did in his first four years.

Times have changed,  and,  for the first time in years,  the United States of America is receiving the honor and revitalization that it deserves.  No more "We are working for the [fundamental]  transformation of the United State," words spoken by those who would seek to move our once great nation away from its stated values, principles,  and  its history.

Never applaud such statements.  This is a grand  nation on its way to  renewed greatness.  No more apologies.  No more attacks from within on our system of wealth advancement.  No more divisions, but unity in compromise, fairness and equality.  Disagree?  Time to convert or leave.  it is that simple.

Now the Left Outs are making a big deal about 10 million in assets not disclosed by Jared Kushner. Problem with this being a "big deal,"

Now the Left Outs are making a big deal about 10 million in assets not disclosed by Jared Kushner.  Problem with this being a "big deal,"  is that $10 million represents 1.3% of Kushner total and declared assets of $740 million.

Now,  ask yourself this:  If he was trying to be dishonest instead of simply making a mistake,  don't you think he would lie about the "$740 million" instead of the 1.3% ?

Common folks,  clearly this was nothing but a mistake.  You simply do not declare 98.7% of your assets,  and try to cheat on 1.3% .  How silly for the poor in Spirit  (aka the Dems) to make an issue out of this.
