Hopefully, you (readers) watched the President's speech before a large gathering of law enforcement. In the speech, he made a tongue in cheek comment (in other words, he was kidding) about how gentile the cops are when they put a suspect in a squad car. Again, it was tongue in cheek and everyone in attendance knew and most laughed. For every police chief that criticized the Prez for his comments, there are 100 that smiled and moved on. Now you know.
