Anyone know when the last government shutdown occurred? Try 2013. The Myth of that shutdown is this: "It hurt the GOP badly." Same mythology following the 1995 GOP shutdown.

My response? 2014 Midterms were historic IN FAVOR OF THE GOP. So how did the shutdown hurt the GOP, again???

Go back to 1995 and the GOP shutdown of that year. How bad did the GOP get hurt in that shutdown? Well, they lost 3 seats in the House and gained 2 seats in Senate.

When are we all going to stop believing in the media/Establishment lie that standing up for real principles means the end of the world?

I say, no need to worry about a shutdown. History is actually on our side.
