About that 23 million number . . . . multiply that by 3 and you have the number of folks who have ObamaCare in name only!

From the CBO report:     CBO and JCT estimate that enacting H.R. 1628 would not increase net direct spending or on-budget deficits in any of the four consecutive 10-year periods beginning in 2027. CBO has not completed an estimate of the potential impact of the legislation on discretionary spending, which would be subject to future appropriation action.

Notes:  The Dims never want to  talk about their own bill,  you know,  the one that is going broke;  the one where more people have opted out than have joined, the one that forces you to pay 6,000 dollars in "deductibles" before it kicks in for the member   . . . . . . . yea, that one.

Who knows what the final bill will look like. The Senate has to write its bill and both houses have to reconcile their bills into one single legislative statement 

One thing for certain,  there are 60 - 90 million folks without insurance, today,  because they will never pay off their deductibles  . . . . . . they have insurance in name only.
