In the larger world, there is a "populace" revolution in the making, led by the Trump victory in Novemeber.

Le Pen is very much in the running for President of France.  She is a populist and does not favor continued membership in the European Union.  She is facing legal pressure from both the EU and the UN.  The legal issues appear to be fairly minor   . . . . .   problems with accounting for a few paycheck totals.  The more serious issue is the UN.

U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein, in a blunt speech in Washington, called rising support for Le Pen's nationalist ideas a potential threat to world peace.

The French elections are in April/May and Le Pen is reportedly running a close second.
