| So, are you better off because of Progressive Policies? I'm not |
Big mistake. Warren is a passionate speaker, much more so than is Hillary. Problem, her speeches are quite often incoherent, and seldom inspirational. She is great with her destructive rhetoric concerning America and the evils of capitalism, but passionate criticism is never a call to arms. It is all about fear and regret, and in that contrast, the positive message of "Let's make America great again," is a winner.
Understand this: the answer to criticism of "capitalism" is the fact that the people of the United States are among the top 15% of wealthiest citizens in the world. There is no comparison as to "poverty" within America and "poverty" in Indochina, or Africa, Cuba, or many of the countries of South America, Central America and Mexico and on and on.
Wealth is not a "zero sum game." Because Bill Gates and Warren Buffett own millions of dollars, does not mean that millions of dollars are not available to me. I do not become richer in the event that they become poorer. Elizabeth Warren and the know-nothing financier, Hillary Clinton, would not agree, in spite of the fact that each is a millionaire in their own right. Each share in the blessings of a viable capitalist environment. They just do not want you to share in the same degree of success as they.
Hillary and Bill were among the poorest Presidential office holders of our time. Today, they are worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Who died and left them all that money? Who was taxed to the max, allowing Bill and Hillary to profit? Who became poorer so that they could become richer?
