CNBC: The presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton holds a small 5-point lead over Republican challenger Donald Trump, according to the June CNBC All-American Survey, with a large chunk of the voting public remaining undecided.
The poll of 801 registered voters conducted June 11-14 shows Clinton with a 40 percent to 35 percent lead, but the poll's margin of error is plus or minus 3.5 percentage points. Pollsters for CNBC say the survey shows a tight race with 25 percent undecided, including 14 percent who right now choose "neither" candidate.
Editor's notes: Keep in mind this extremely critical fact: the 5 point separation has nothing to do with an upward trend in Hillary's polling numbers. Rather, it is all about a populace move away from Trump . . . . . and he can correct that. Apparently Hillary cannot convince people to "fall in love with her."

Wait til Bernie starts stumping for Hillary. You haven't seen anything yet.
ReplyDeleteTrump could be the best thing that ever happened to the Democratic party. When Hillary is elected, the Supreme Court will turn left - likely for the rest of our lives. Trump is at 70% disapproval - highest of any candidate in history, Hillary leading in the polls and Sanders has yet to formally concede. RNC delegates are launching 'Anybody but Trump' drive, Trump's campaign is in disarray - he just fired his campaign manager and sent out an 'emergency email' begging for money, and... Apple, Microsoft, Coca Cola, UPS, Wells Fargo, Motorola, JPMorgan Chase, Walgreens, and Ford - which supported the GOP convention in '12, have all withdraw their financial support from the GOP convention this year. It's like withdrawing support from S. Africa during apartheid. Who wants to be involved with a racist?
Donald Trump faces an extraordinary money deficit unheard of in modern presidential politics, entering the month with tens of millions of dollars less than Hillary Clinton.
Clinton burying Trump: $42 million to $1.3 million. Clinton's campaign had $42 million in the bank as of May 31, according to its report filed with the Federal Election Commission Monday.
