ISIS is now in 19 countries and has expanded it territorial control to Libya. Syria and Libya are now "safe zones" ISIS can use for staging weapons and training its fighting force. It brings in 1.5 million per day from various sources, In the US, we have 900 cases being adjudicated, and another 1500 suspected terrorists we are tying to track.
