The French defend their ridiculous stance on gun ownership.

“It doesn’t makes [sic] sense. It was a theater, a theater hall. Imagine a theater hall and suddenly people enter with machine guns and are really killing people … It is only in the movies someone is using his gun to defend himself” ~ words of a French ambassador, mystified at the suggestion that legal gun ownership could have helped in this crisis. 

Editor's notes:  Only in his dreams is it a good thing that guns are taken from the people resulting in the deaths of 90 people in that theater (last week in Paris,  murdered by Islamist radicals ) while these folks were waiting for the good guys with guns,  to show up and save them.   

Hopefully,  we all can see just how idiotic is the opposition to private gun ownership   . . . .    it prevents nothing when we have those bent on mass murder,  and,  saves no one when the police take 15 minutes to enter a theater in which people are being murdered.  

What an epic "fail."  While on high alert, French intel was caught completely off-guard; the police show up and wait for 15 minutes to enter the theater,  during which time,  all of the 90 dead were butchered.  Good grief   . . . . . .   and it is absolutely true that Hitler took guns out of the hands of the citizenry,  making it impossible to resist.
