Status report on Obama's amnesty order to as many as 11 million illegals (yes, 11 million, not 5 million).:

A ruling to put Obama's immigration/amnesty order on hold was put into effect in February by a Federal District Court,  accompanied by a 127 page legal statement by that court. In the meantime,  Obama lied to that court,  and approved more than 100,000 illegals,  against the orders of the court.  As a result,  the court struck down his appeal,  angry at the lawlessness of Obama in the face of the existing court order.  Obama is now making an appeal in a different court,  but his executive order remains on hold.

  1. Obama's immigration policies are in actuality, unfunded mandates to the various states. And we pay for it.

  2. Officials at the Department of Justice (DOJ) plan to seek what is known as an emergency stay that would essentially undo a Texas-based federal judge's injunction from earlier this week. If the stay is granted, the government could restart a pair of executive programs that will shield millions of undocumented immigrants from deportation. . . . . . so goes the news report on this. Most legal observers do not see the "emergency" in this. It is an "emergency" to NOT offer amnesty, at this time??? That is what you missed in your report, above.
