It is not "rewriting history" that is the problem. Rather, it is the evolving mythology of the Left that is dangerous.

Keeping the headline of this post in mind,  know this:

1.  Declining gas prices are not the end result of the Obama energy strategy.  It is mind boggling to me,  that we have to make mention of this fact:  Obama intended to increase fuel prices to the point that we would be forced,  as a nation,  to end our love affair with the hated SUV,  the "muscle car,"  the large luxury car and the use of fossil fuels.  He has closed Federal lands to drilling, and continues to oppose the already EPA approved Keystone Pipeline.

No,  lower prices have nothing to do with Obama;  in fact,  quite the opposite.  These lower prices will work against any transition to alternative fuels and all that I have mentioned above.  Lower prices spell the defeat of his energy policies on a comprehensive scale.

2.  Secondly, he mentions the fantasy of  "middle class economics" as opposed to free-market capitalism and,  by implication,  so-called "trickle down" economics.  The fact of the matter is this:  there is no alternative to "trickle down," and he has done absolutely nothing to end the process of "trickle down" by using the principles of "middle class economics."

Don't agree?  Please write to the comment line and tell us all,  the difference between "trickle down" and "middle class economics,"  without using the creation of more and more welfare or any welfare terminology.   I dare say,  no one will be able to do so.  I know,  because I have been asking this question, for years,  without a single response.  Case closed.
