When Reagan gave "amnesty," he did it with Congress. Obama is the first president to ever act as a dictator in this regard . . . after he said he could not do "amnesty," legally (his words).

Understand that the GOP did not have a seat at the Congressional table until after the 2010 midterms.  Obama dares to justify his decision to rule on immigration as a de facto dictator based on "GOP delays" when he has taken six years to accomplish nothing on the Keystone Pipeline.  

You should know that we already have an immigration system.  The Hispanic Illegals want to put themselves ahead of the millions who are waiting in line for citizenship.  It is that simple.  They want preferential treatment for no good reason except that they can whine and cry louder than the law abiding immigrants coming to this country  -  1.7 million per year (including green card approvals).
