Just two weeks after the Obama administration asked Congress to repeal the Iraq war authorization, the White House is failing to adequately explain to lawmakers the legal justification and concrete objectives for its airstrikes against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL or ISIS), according to congressional insiders apprised of off-the-record briefings on the matter.

Editor's notes:  Yes,  just two weeks ago,  Obama sounded the alarm that he wants a total revocation of the 2003, Congressional action,  giving authority for military action in Iraq  (troops and air power).  Apparently,  he still wants that done.  In the meantime,  he has been warned by his advisers that,  if Iraq is officially lost,  that would be an added disaster facing Democrats this coming November.

Make no mistake,  all this bombing  (A truck here,  a armored vehicle, there - but no attacks on ISIS  troops) is only abut the elections.

Unfortunately for the Slickster,  he has been called to justify what he is doing,  as,  late as yesterday,  he could explain his plan in a closed door session with members Congress.   Congress requires that he has a plan, but,  to Obama ,  "plan" is only a four letter word.  So,  he continues to bomb without a specific mission any intention of defeating ISIS;  no exit strategy;  no desire to be accountable to Congress.

We predict that this mission will have a very similar tone to his other, failed,  programs,  one of confusion and defeat.    Never forget the ancient warning,  "Without vision,  the people perish."
