Part of the border fence. We are all idiots, now.
Here is the bad news for those who are prepared to blame Bush for the current nonsense at our borders . . . . after Obama declared the border to be secure (in this video), the current crisis is all on him, like Iraq, and Syria.

He destroyed al Qaeda, remember? He was the beginning of the cooling of the earth, recall? Does the thrill came back as you look to the time when the oceans began to recede? Remember those Greek columns and all those black and white worshipers singing praises to Obama using the melodies once dedicated to the glory of God? Remember when he talked about healthcare for all (he is 52 million short on that promise), and all those times he bragged about being the caretaker of the working poor - in spite of policies that have raised food prices, transportation prices, heating prices and and put housing prices out of reach for the same, working poor? And now, we have this clown yuking it up as if the truth will never rise to the top.
There is a big difference between a man with a heart full of ideas and folks like you, always telling us what we cannot do, cannot afford, what is not good for the "larger population," or why we have to be stuck in the past with documents and dreams of a generation living more than 200 years ago. Thank God we have a dreamer at the helm, a man who who cares and has given his all for his dreams.
ReplyDeleteBig difference between a dream and a nightmare. Ideas, hope and plans for the future, are all an important part of being a leader, but none of it means a thing, without the will or ability to work the magic and bring all those hopes and dreams home. And, before you "remind" me of the GOP opposition, let me remind you that for two years, 2009 and 2010, Obama could have accomplished anything he wanted. There was no opposition. He could have passed full blown amnesty . . . no one who cared, could have stopped him. He could have passed actual laws effecting climate change, but, apparently, that sort of thing was not all that important to him, either. Instead, he spent 20 months of that first 24, giving speeches, raising money, playing golf, entertaining at the WH and holding down the fort as his wife took 10 multiweek vacations. You are defending a man who actually has NO EXCUSES.
