Obama, the Lone Voice in American Politics proclaiming "victory" for his agenda. Why "Lone Voice?" Because no else will.

He has raised taxes, dramatically, on everyone, but, even more on the so-called "rich." That is why the tax code is "fairer." Graduation rates have been on a historic upward trend for 140 years (source, here) with highest graduation rates between 1960 and 2009. Obama takes credit what a trend already in progress. And climate change? All he can point to, on this score, are regulations his EPA has forced onto the American population.

I don't know if the graduation rates for Hispanics and Blacks have increased, I assume they have. But I do know the disparity rates have increased during the Obama years. Not that this is Obama's fault. But the fact remains, his policies have not reversed this trend -- the gap that is Blacks and Hispanics not graduating from college is increasing at a faster rate than the rate of those graduating.
