The Daily Beast, a mouth piece for the World Without Borders sect, within the Democrat Party, continues to push for the abolition of our Founding Documents beginning with The Bill of Rights.

Our news lede:

P.J. O’Rourke: Who Really Actually Wants This Bill of Rights?

Editor’s notes:  Can you believe it?  The Progressive/World Without Borders, sect,  wants to do away with, or, amend,  ALL  of the first 10 amendments to the Constitution  (what is called,  "The Bill of Rights").   Our headlined “news lede” is only a beginning for this bunch of radicals.

Let's review what has taken place in the five years since the Obama's took on the Over Lord position,  in this country, and weaponized the nation's various Federal agencies,  against the people.

“They”  hate the fact that opposition speech is allowed by the Bill of Rights and have used "separation of church and state" as a false premise to destroy Constitutional protections for (especially) the Christian church (Hosanna Tabor Lutheran v EEOC).

They despise the fact that citizen ownership of guns is a protected right (see the Supreme Court's decision, here). They see no problem with a government invasion of your private property, or taking your possessions without court order (Bundy v BLM - a confrontation that ended whilewriting this post,  in favor of Bundy !).

Under Obama's Democrats,  these rebels want to allow for our government, killing its opposition when it deems that "enemy" to be worthy of death;  and I speak of the government killing its own citizens without a warrant or a court hearing (Obama is doing this,  as you may or may not know).

These Marxist Controllers,  under the Obama Regime,  are already using [as primary assault weapons of Central Planning]  the IRS,  the EPA,  and to a lesser degree,  the BLM, OSHA, and the ATF, to work around the protections of the 6th Amendment (i.e. Sackett  v EPA and Bundy v the BLM).

With the 7th Amendment in mind,  Obama and his Marxist buds are working to circumvent this amendment as this Administration suspends Habeas Corpus  (Habeas Corpus: a writ requiring a person under arrest to be brought before a judge or into court to secure the person's release unless lawful grounds are shown for their detention).

Of course,  the 8th Amendment is violated frequently,  with high bail rates being used as control tools,  by this Administration (i.e. - Gobson Guitar Company).

The 9th Amendment has been used by the Left to establish "abortion rights" and the mass murder of health,  unborn, human life.  And,  of course,  the 10th Amendment (State's Rights) is more the target of the Left than [even] the 2nd Amendment and the right to bear arms.

Understand that every "Big Government" decision is an attack on this 10th Amendment.    But more than this,  the Lefties,  frustrated in their efforts to accomplish an "America free from its historical moorings," is,  also,  increasing its efforts at tying this nation to a One World governance,  via the UN and the World Court.    Big Labor has called for an International Tax to fund Labor legacy programs,  world wide, and Obama's "Global Trade Agreements," continues the Left's insidious,  One World strategy,  moving the US closer and closer to it's demise as a sovereign nation.

In short,  with the coming of Obama,  the Left has "tipped its hand" and now functions as if it were out of control.  It smells "blood in the water,"  when it comes to moving this nation away from its foundations and legal basis for it's existence.  The Marxist Nation,  among us,  saw the rhetorical power of Obama,  in his 2004 speech at the DNC and has planned on using his presence to accomplish its goals,  as expressed in the past 5 years  (tried and failed,  I might add).

Michelle Obama's description of her husband’s intent are exciting words  (cited immediately below) to the godless and Marxists within our midst,  and, with a President in office that will allow the move to abandon traditional America,  they have determined that "now" is the time,  and I say "now" as in "now or never."

To add context to all that I have written,  above,  here is M Obama's description of H Obama's intentions,  as described in 2008.  Think of his threat of "fundamental transformation of the United States of America" as you read this preposterous and treasonous polemic:

May of 2008:

MICHELLE OBAMA, speaking Puerto Rico: "Barack knows that we are going to have to make sacrifices; we are going to have to change our conversation; we're going to have to change our traditions, our history; we're going to have to move into a different place as a nation."

We have NEVER entertained such arrogance from the Left.  Turns out that Joe McCarthy (an admitted drunk)  was right in his charges, so many years ago.  And now,  "they" are here,  stepping out of the shadows and into the power they have longed for,  for decades.  Can we resist until they are dead or gone?  I think we can.

Michelle's statement (above) should have been strapped to Obama's neck, like a millstone, exposing him and his freak-show brand of governance for what it is.  We missed a huge opportunity in ignoring this radical statement.

It (Michelle's statement) is what the Obama's are all about. The Bill of Rights,  by contrast,  is what the "patriot nation" is all about.  So,  I ask,  who is the radical in all this?

Bill of Rights

[Note: In a brief but comprehensive statement,  the 1st Amendment was intended to protect established religion(s) from secular or governmental attack, among other things. Religious institutions are to be allowed freedom of speech in all venues;  the press is granted the same protections in this bill as are America's individual constituencies as they apeak out against their government.]

4th Amendment:  The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized

6th Amendment:  In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

7th Amendment: In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

  2. Wow, an issue related response. Good for you. While you and I enjoy calling each other, names, I do see you as educated very capable of effective polemic. So much for being a nice guy.

I do not believe your referenced article and the GOP changes it details, has the same outcome as that which the Left has posited. Your article lists 12 proposed changes to the Constitution. I won't review the entire article, but, I will draw this contrast: When “we” are finished with the 12 GOP related changes (including strengthening parental rights, forcing congressional term limits, demanding a balanced budget and ordering a supper majority for increases taxes), you would still have the Constitution, front and center. I am not opposed to amending that document, but, the Leftist agenda is to simply get rid of the Constitution, preferring the rule of whatever party is in power as long as that party is the Progressive/Democrat. So goes the debate.
