Update: The two “yes” votes came from Reps. Marcy Kaptur (D-Ohio) and Jim Moran (D-Va.), who is retiring. Moran is the clown working for a congressional wage increase. He makes $174,000 a year while members of our military make $22,000 per year. Moran votes against the military on almost all occasions, but, still, insists that he and others, are "under paid." I should note that in the 2012 Obama budget vote, defeated by a margin of 414 to Zero, Moran did not support Obama's budget nonsense. This year? Well, Moran is retiring come the end of this year. Maybe that has something to do with his "yes" vote . . . . who knows.

Marcy Kaptur, and been a member of the House for nearly two decades. Like Moran, she did not support Obama's 2012 budget, either.
