The key to lowering the uninsured rate is - strangely enough - jobs. Obama took the OverLord position, on January 20, of 2009. Uninsured rates, in his first five years, skyrocketed to 18% of the population. Under Bush 43, that percentage was closer to 13%, back in the day when the unemployment rate averaged 4.4%.

Sadly, Obama is celebrating a reduction in the uninsured population that he created, with his jobless "recovery" and failed domestic policies.

What would you expect when one party is investing millions in fighting the law? It'll take time for the regressives to come around. They will adapt or be left behind ... or die. The next stage in human evolution. Survival to those that can progress and adapt. Death to those who can not. Smithson is the face of regression.

You glory in anarchy, so why pretend you are a law abiding whatever? Border law, sanctuary cities, violent black crime, are all over-looked by this Administration. In fact, the ObamaCare "law" is obvious not a written law, or Obama would not be making it up as time goes by.

And, as far a evolution is concerned, you, obviously, know nothing about the subject. Vomiting what you have been told, is not a manifestation of "knowledge."

By the way, what was your PhD thesis, or do mail order certificates not require such work? Apparently, Obama did not write a thesis, either.
