Editor's notes: Understand this: the Progressive/World Without Borders Marxist Cabal that is, now, the New Democrat Party, is going to try the same strategy in the 2014 midterms as they did, with all the lies told on Romney, in 2012. Problem: this midterm elections (plural) will be about jobs and the laughably failed ObamaCare. Guaranteed, "they" will use this very strategy in 2016, but, with this year's midterms, it is destined for failure (as a strategy).
The Koch Brothers are rich, but stand at 59th, on the list of top campaign donors. Six of the top 10 donors, in America, far out-giving the Koch Brothers, are Democrat/Socialist unions - that's right, six of the top money sources for political campaigns, in America, are all "unions."
Perhaps out pacing all financial influences in this country, are the major media, donating hundreds of millions of dollars in free advertisement and published Left Wing - far far Left Wing - propaganda.
Nancy Pelosi is filthy rich. So is Harry Reid. So, too, are the Obama's and Hillary and Bill and George Soros and Gates, and Michael Bloomburg and and the likes of Bono and Cher, and the donut eat, Michael Moore, and Alvin Gore, and Warren Buffet, and. the several conglomerates within the environmental, gay, and sanctuary (illegal alien protectorate) communities -- all giving billions to influence elections and overpower the expressed will of the people.
Let's not forget the trial lawyers of America, 90% of their money going to Socialist causes. Hispanic Media is in the tank for this World Without Border idiocy, as well, and gives millions of under-reported time and money to "the cause." Add to this list, the hundreds of local TV and radio outlets that spew Marxist/Anti-American values (using 234 years of historic America as the record of comparative reference).
I find it more than sanguineous (as in "blood bath" or "bloody revenge" or "horror filled massacre") that the Left will pretend to be poor, naked and blind when talking about GOP money, while they rule the world in their financial and media conspiracy to turn America into a third world nation.
Below is Charles Koch's defense of self, an op-ed appearing in the compromised WSJ. The defense is an important read, as to the issues that are in addition to the Kock Brothers, themselves.
The 2014 midterms is a collective election of 435 members of the House of Representatives, 33 (nominal count) Senators, and countless local and state elections. As they say, the midterms are local elections. Hating the Koch Brothers will have little to do with these elections, for the most part. If the lies continue with ObamaCare and the jobs scene remains as bleak as it has been for the past five stinking years, it will be a bad year for the Dems. BS versus real results is the name of this game, and reality is on the side of the GOP and its conservative constituency.
Charles Koch: I'm Fighting to Restore a Free Society
Instead of welcoming free debate, collectivists engage in character assassination.
Updated April 2, 2014 7:47 p.m. ET
I have devoted most of my life to understanding the principles that enable people to improve their lives. It is those principles—the principles of a free society—that have shaped my life, my family, our company and America itself.
Unfortunately, the fundamental concepts of dignity, respect, equality before the law and personal freedom are under attack by the nation's own government. . . . . . The more government tries to control, the greater the disaster, as shown by the current health-care debacle. Collectivists (those who stand for government control of the means of production and how people live their lives) promise heaven but deliver hell. For them, the promised end justifies the means.A truly free society is based on a vision of respect for people and what they value. In a truly free society, any business that disrespects its customers will fail, and deserves to do so. . . . .
Instead of encouraging free and open debate, collectivists strive to discredit and intimidate opponents. They engage in character assassination. . . [an] approach that Arthur Schopenhauer described in the 19th century, that Saul Alinsky famously advocated in the 20th, and that so many despots have infamously practiced. Such tactics are the antithesis of what is required for a free society—and a telltale sign that the collectivists do not have good answers . . . . Koch companies employ 60,000 Americans, who make many thousands of products that Americans want and need. According to government figures, our employees and the 143,000 additional American jobs they support generate nearly $11.7 billion in compensation and benefits. About one-third of our U.S.-based employees are union members . . . . Our refineries have consistently ranked among the best in the nation for low per-barrel emissions. In 2012, our Total Case Incident Rate (an important safety measure) was 67% better than a Bureau of Labor Statistics average for peer industries . . . . Instead of fostering a system that enables people to help themselves, America is now saddled with a system that destroys value, raises costs, hinders innovation and relegates millions of citizens to a life of poverty, dependency and hopelessness. This is what happens when elected officials believe that people's lives are better run by politicians and regulators than by the people themselves. . . . .
Mr. Koch is chairman and CEO of Koch Industries. You will want to read the full article at the compromised WSJ.
The Koks. They're the plutocrats – oil-and-gas billionaires ready to buy any congressman, fund any lie, fight any law, bust any union, spoil any landscape, or shirk any (tax) burden to push their free-market religion and pump up their profits. Karl Rove’s strategic cunning, crossed with Ron Paul’s 'screw-the-poor ideology'. They are the 1%. They support laws that are the most aggressive attempts to attack voting rights since Jim Crow.

Smithson's heros the Kochs made their family fortune from Fred Koch - who was a Stalinist and made his fortune in the oil business in the Soviet Union in the 1930s. Stalin himself brought Koch to Russia. There he trained communist engineers and set up refineries to further the Soviet communist cause.
ReplyDeleteWithout their father's start as contributor to the socialist communist regime of Stalin... the Koch brothers would e nothing today. FACT.
The Kochs are KILLING people. It's a FACT.

good grief. First, I never heard of the Koch Brothers before the likes of you came along. They do not give to any of the teaparty groups I attend or support . . . . none of them. Tying the Brothers to Stalin is typical Left Wing crap. You all love making up such ridiculous statements in a concerted effort to avoid talking about your own failures, the fact that your side murders more than 1 million unborn each year, plus the 20 million children in Africa with your hysterical ban on DDT. You destroy billions of dollars worth of new construction and new car lots as you "protest" certain environment issues. Too bad your KKK was finally overwhelmed,
ReplyDeleteAre the Koch Brothers killing people? Why should you care? That is what you people do. You should find comfort in your Koch claims, since killing is your MO.
Sober up, get off your Koch high and contribute to the debate. You claim to be educated. Act like.
