We are officially in a Constitutional crisis.

“I want to work with Congress on this agenda where I can,” Obama said. “But in this year of action, whenever I can take steps without legislation to expand opportunity for more American families, I will.    I’ve got a pen and a phone – a pen to take executive action, and a phone to rally citizens and business leaders who are eager to create new jobs and new opportunities. And we’ve already begun.”
Editor's notes:  Just to be clear:  his pen is for the purpose of moving dictatorial action;  his phone is NOT for the purpose of working with congress.  When he says,  "I want to work with Congress   . . .   where I can,"  he means to say,  "If Congress wants to confirm and stand by my decisions for the good of this country,  I will work stand with Congress.  Otherwise,  Congress and the people who elected Congress,  can go to hell."
