But, when asked to give another good reason not to run, Biden responded simply.

Editor notes: Remember this stat in the months to come: Biden ran for President in 2008. No one thought he was qualified to serve . . . . . no one in his party, that is. While Hillary was amassing 18.4 million primary votes and Obama was raking up 18.6 million, Joe Biden could only manage 68,000 votes. Like I said, no one wants the man. And if Hillary is his opponent in 2016 AND the man decides to run, anyway, it will only go to proving what a dufus he was and has been from the beginning.
