Since Obama has been president, he and his Socialist/Progressive Party have ignored the law demanding a budget, debated and approved by both houses of congress . . . that's four fiscal years and we are in the very beginning of the 5th year, again, without a budget. The "C.R." battles congress has every six months or so (the next such battle will be in the Spring of 2014) is solely due to the fact that there is no budget for the particular fiscal year.

Understand that budget battles are the times when congress debates spending issues. When the Dems took down any consideration of a budget, as demanded by federal law, they effectively took the budget debate off the table.

Now, they want unilateral control over the debt ceiling. Spending will go through the roof because there will never be a time set aside for fiscal debates.

Hopefully the GOP will tell them where they can pack their socialist/unilateral desires, and move on.
