Earlier this week, CNN canceled its plans for a bio on Hillary Clinton. No one from either party wanted to be interviewed for the production. That decision was followed by NBC’s surprise decision to cancel its plans for a Hillary Clinton
mini-series. Work had already begun on this project. The series was not selling advertisement as hoped, apparently. As a side note, Hillary still owes money for her 2008 run, despite the fact that she is a multi-millionaire.

Just to be clear, this editor will not support Chris Christie at any level of the campaign process. If he is the GOP candidate, I will not vote for the "top of the ticket." If that means a victory for Hillary, oh well. The GOP Old Guard has been given its walking papers on three occasions most recently (by conservatives within the party), first in 2006 when the GOP lost both the House and the Senate to the Socialist/Progressives, in much larger numbers in 2008 when McCain pretended to be a conservative leader, and, in 2012 when conservative candidates self[destructed during the primaries and Romney wound up being the last man standing, at no fault of his own. The RINO Herd within the GOP is not going to win another national election if it cannot admit to the fact that the conservative constituency has taken back the party. In a recent PEW poll, a full 76% of Republicans are either "conservative" or "very conservative." Only 18% consider themselves "moderate."
Understand that the party's Old Guard wanted to win with Romney in the worst of ways. They ignored - totally - the influence and popularity of the conservative icon, Sarah Palin, and the 7 to 10 million who are influenced by her richly conservative presence. If Romney had won, the RINO Herd would have considered it a victory for the Establishment GOP. Pronouncements would have followed that said, in theory and practical terms, "We don't need you conservative, teaparty types anymore."
