Obama is going to cut Social Security checks and blame it on the GOP - but he will be breaking the law in this effort. So whose fault is this, seriously?

<<<<  Even the admitted Socialist,  Bernie Sanders, admits this threat is all on Obama.

Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill told a MSNBC lacky that the House could easily defuse the worsening situation.    "Get us through this six weeks and then let's sit down and figure out how we pay our debts and bring down federal spending," McCaskill of Missouri, said on MSNBC.

Editor’s notes:  And with these words,  we have, yet,  another Progressive demand to let them have their way,  totally and without discussion or amendment  (because only they know best when it comes to providing for the American people),  and in six weeks,  they will talk about debt issues and how best to deal with the idiocy that is Socialist/Progressive spending habits.

But,  of course,  in six weeks,  these folks will demagogue that debate,  begin again calling names and tying conservatives to the Jihad or the Nazi party or whatever.  It never fails . . . . . .  never.

Obama, today, threatened to withhold Social Security Checks for the senior population,  of which my wife and I are one.   I do not believe that Obama will be successful in blaming this on the Republicans. I believe this tactic will back fire, totally.  Understand that S.S. is not a part of discretionary spending,  it has to be paid by statute . . . . .  it is a law.  Can Obama break the law?  Well,  he has based a huge part of his domestic policy in that reality  . . . .  breaking  the law.  How many “sanctuary cities” are there in this country?  More than 60 and everyone one of them is  governed by a Socialist/Progressive politic.  Heck,  the entire state of Oregon is “sanctuary,”  in violation of federal law.  Many of the border laws,  federal border laws,  are violated by Obama command,  each and every day and no one cares.

No,  I do not believe Obama can violate the law as to Social Security payments,  and get away with it.  Time will tell,  but he certainly did not win the debate concerning the “evil effects” of the sequestor,  did he?
