Last week the GOP was being destroyed by the national media.  This week  . . . . .  not so much.  Turns out they had good reason for insisting on a shutdown.  They wanted changes in the health law and Obama said,  "No,  I am not going to negotiate."  And now,  the Slickmeister is running scared,  trying to control the national conversation as he buys time for the big fix.

The White House isn’t sharing Obamacare exchange enrollment numbers with anyone — not even Democrats who support the health carehttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/icon1.png law.

Obama administration officials in charge of the federal exchange briefed House Democrats on the HealthCare.gov problems at their weekly caucus meeting Wednesday, but refused to give members any information on enrollment other than that the administration is “not where it wants or needs to be,” Politico reports.

The White House will announce enrollment numbers on a monthly basis, but hasn’t released the first set of figures yet.  . . .   the full story can be found at the Daily Caller, here.

Editor's notes:  Don't you know that if Obama could turn off the negative flow of information concerning ObamaCare,  he would.  I am saying,  if there was good news to share,  he would not wait until the end of the month.

The fact of the matter is this:  Obama's domestic strategy includes full control of the press.  He has had meetings with members of the press, telling them to keep quite.  He refuses to share information with his own party.  And now,  he is using the "end of the month" as an excuse to buy time,  while he and his minions figure out how the heck they are going to spin this gigantic turd.

Understand that by the time his techno clowns get this mess straightened out  -  some believe a year or more from now -  interest in the program will be next to zero and the truth will be out as to how the program works and the excessive costs of the various policies.  I think it is funny.  This man makes nat with a headache look like a genius.

We are being told that he needs nearly 6 million of the planned 7 million,  in first year registration.  Currently and if we can believe anything these Democrats are telling us,  he will see just over one million in sign-ups.  34% of young adults,  according to Gallup,  have already said they do not plan on signing up.  And if you do not have money coming back from the IRS,  they have no way to enforce this law.  The law forbids the garnishing of paychecks or federal prosecutions.
