From the Washington Examiner:
Sen. John McCain said Thursday that he’s worried about the Republican
Party’s future and the infighting that is dividing it, calling efforts by
conservatives to unseat incumbent Republican lawmakers “wrong.”
The famously wry McCain, R-Ariz., said he regretted calling
the Tea Party wing of the Republican Senate conference “wacko birds” during
budget negotiations, saying he’s learned to “never get personal” in political
disputes.

notes: I don’t really have
to say anything about the aging piece of Establishment tripe, do I.
He has been running down evangelicals and the right wing, publically, since 2006.
If he runs for re-election
in 2016, a bunch of us will make his re-election bid a personal affront. And I live just a day's drive from his home.
