Victoria Nuland (State Department spokesman) was given charge to make the first report and the talking points for Susan Rice's Sunday appearance on all 5 major news programs (Sept 16) work with the fantasy that the attack on the Libyan consulate, was the work of folks upset with a film produced in the U.S. We now know that this was a bold faced lie.
