By now, you know that
Boehner’s Plan B , failed in the House. I thought it was a moment of sheer
genius, on the Speaker's part, but I understand the opposition’s position, as well, to wit: "enough of waiting for a plan that will include real cuts to spending and a return to nationally normalcy." And, to think, the wacko's on the Left think this is an untenable demand.
So what now? Are the Republican’s
doomed? Is the Speaker at the end of his
influence in the House? Has conservatism
finally been defeated?
Well, this depends on whether or not we, as conservatives, continue to allow Obama to divide us and use one side to defeat the other. Are we dumb enough to continue to be used as pawns in Obama's game of chess?
More than this and in the long run, the future of conservatism depends on
whether the anti-traditionalist, the
anti-colonials, the anti US Constitutionalists, continue to turn out for the vote. Usually,
they are out in the streets raising hell, destroying the store fronts of those who work
for a living, smoking up, talking M - F this and M - F that, breaking in homes or demanding that I pay them for the right to
work and earn a living.
Understand that Obama is an Anarchist. His plans are not only the product of a simpleton, they are the collective thoughts of a
political know nothing.
If that is an accurate summation of his manifest
abilities, his agenda will fail of its
own feckless disorder beginning here, in
the US, with the ObamaCare
nonsense. What I am saying is this, ObamaCare will fail under the weight of its
own misdirectiom or Feckless America is here to stay.
ObamaCare was passed on March 27 of 2010, two and half years ago, and is nowhere close
to being written. Billions of dollars
worth of new taxes are coming our way because of this bill. 160 federal agencies will have been created
before this monster is fully implemented and 32 states have decided that the
law, in part or whole, is so much of a unscripted disaster, that they want no part of it and the billions of dollars of cost the feds
intended to pass onto the states. In other words, the program is to start the end of 2013, and the Feds have not written the law nor do they have any idea how to fund
the several programs being returned from the states.
So what now? Are the Republican’s
doomed? Has conservatism
finally been defeated?
Maybe these are questions we should be asking of the
Socialist Democrat Party, no ???
I believe that it is just a matter of time before the thoughtful voter sees the mess Obama has made of nearly everything he has touched. Until then, hold onto your hats. It is white knuckle time for the next four years. Get used to it.
Believe this: all things political are cyclical. It is unavoidable and in that reality, commonsense can see hope and change coming down the pike.
Fifty-three percent of those surveyed say they view the policies of the GOP as too extreme, up 17 points from two years ago. Only 37% say they view the polices of the Democratic Party as too extreme.

Coming from from a "news" organization that is so far Left as to not be competitive in the cable news market, I say, "Who cares?" This poll, more than anything, surveys 600 people all living in the North East. It is an indictment of those who are so radical, themselves, that they see nothing threatening in this description of Obama's intentions for the United States of America.
ReplyDeleteMICHELLE OBAMA: "Barack knows that we are going to have to make sacrifices; we are going to have to change our conversation; we're going to have to change our traditions, our history; we're going to have to move into a different place as a nation."
The GOP, at least, represents the only "adults in the room," those threatening to take away some of the candy from the takers who have gathered in support of our first know-nothing president.
