In the weeks before the election, those of us who
follow such things, saw the unemployment rate suddenly decrease for no good
reason. In two months (August and September), the rate strangely fell a total of 5 tenths of a
point, representing 780,000 new jobs when, in fact, only
250,000 jobs were created and these were not "net" jobs. This
review was not the only publication talking about this, and certainly,
not the most prestigious, but we were there first.
Understand that a reduction in the month to month totals, 7.8 down from 8.3 percent just weeks before the election, cannot occur without folks [also] lying about the weekly first time claims numbers, as well. Those numbers were running around 355,000 per week, allowing this Administration to pretend that things were getting better, that their plan "had worked."

Because this Administration was lying about
real numbers, sooner or later, those of us with a brain knew that the
unemployment numbers would have to "suffer" an adjustment of some
sort.
In other words, if the weekly new claims numbers were being reported at 355,000 when 385,000 was the actual average, because the
unemployment issue is real, sooner or latter, the lie has to be
dealt with.
Updated for additional information: three weeks before the election, the weekly "first time claims report" came in at an astounding 339,000. No one believed this number to be true, but the Marxist Media jumped all over this garbage report and Obama pushed his idiot's claim in every campaign stump speech, to wit, "We tried it their way and it didn't work' we tried it our way and it did work."
Today was that day.

Under the cover of the recent hurricane, Sandy, this
Administration's labor department is reporting a disturbing 439,000 first time
claims for the week ending November 10th, an "unexpected" increase of 78,000 over the week before. Understand that this number will be adjusted upward, by this time, next week. In the end. we will be looking at an increase of well over 80,000 by the time the liars are finished with this "adjustment."
Note: Sandy struck the New York area on October 29, 30.
Problem for those who
tell lies: while this Administration will blame the recent storm, the fact of the matter is this -- most of the working class in the Sandy storm path had gone back to work and were on the job during the week ending November 10.
Update for additional information: while the current (439,000) report included numbers from hurricane, Sandy. still, the 439,000 figure was/is well over the 375,000 (including Sandy) first timers, predicted by those who should be in the know.
Expect to see the over-all, month to month,
unemployment totals to rise, as well, when they are reported in three
weeks.
