The Weekly Standard is reporting this rather childish action on the part of the Democrat leadership:

A recent email from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), which focuses on getting Democratic party members elected to the House of Representatives, announces a contest to find the “Worst. Republican. Ever.”

The Democratic group says the contest has been narrowed to three Republican members of the House: Rep. Allen West, Rep. Michele Bachmann, and Rep. Paul Ryan, who is currently the Republican candidate for vice president under Mitt Romney.
