Sebelius charged but not indicted for violation of the Hatch Act/ What is that? Well, for certain , you can't ask the Administration because they don't know either . . . . or they don't care.

<<<<<  Ex-Governor of Kansas, Kathleen Sebelius,  appears to be one of the most unhappy people I have ever laid eyes upon.

Since the press is not going to press the issue,  you should know that HHS Secretary Sebelius,  the most unhappy woman in Obama’s cabinet,  was found guilty of using her position to campaign for Obama and others.  The Daily Caller reported this story:

The ethics office said Sebelius violated the law on Feb. 25 while delivering a speech to Human Rights Campaign while serving in her official capacity as cabinet secretary. In her speech, she called for Obama’s re-election, and the election of the Democratic candidate for governor in North Carolina.

It really is not that big of a deal,  what with all the larger scandals of this Administration.  She was reprimanded and sent to appear before the Ethics committee.  A fine was paid and,  apparently,  that is the end of the matter.  Understand that Ms Sebelius is just another Administration member without any core values,  willing to abuse the system she is sworn to protect,  for political gain.  Such appears to be a prerequisite to working in this Administration.

Point of post:  with corruption on all side within this Administration,  Sebelius is nearly a footnote.  Her biggest accomplishment is her use,  by B Obama,  in the demolition of the conscience clause,  as she orders Christians to obey Obama rather than God with regard to the murder of the unborn.
