One thing for certain, no one can honestly claim a 2/3 majority vote for adding God and Jerusalem after listening to this video record of that floor vote.

To imagine that "the omissions"  were the fault of no one,  that their exclusion is a mystery,  that Obama is not in full control of this party, is to imagine the impossible.  If nothing else,  this confusion, if true,  is a testament of the misdirection coming from the White House,  an indictment as to the quality of leadership that is Obama’s 

Obama still does not object to the excision of anti-Hamas language and preconditions to negotiations that would actually make a lasting peace possible. Here is the actual vote.  

It took three calls for a vote  before the supreme rulers of the Democrat Party pronounced a 50/50 vote to be a 2/3 majority opinion.  Remarkable.
