Updated for textual changes: Remember Obama granting "work visas" to those "illegals" brought to this country as children "at no fault of their own?" Turns out there are NO requirements to be applied to these people by order of Obama. It was a scam. Here is what ICE has to say and they are not happy.

<<<< Under the “Dreamer Act,”  a piece of legislation enacted via presidential imperialist fiat (using the executive order),  illegals brought to this country as children are given unqualified and permanent status in the U.S.  These are the qualification they were to meet before Obama ordered the Border Patrol and ICE to allow all applicants their claim without debate or proof of any of the following:  

• they were brought to the US before age 16  
• are younger than 30,
• have been in the country for at least five continuous years,
• have no criminal history,
• graduated from a US high school or earned a GED, or served in the military.                                        

Understand that "permanent" status replaces a review that was to have been done every two years. There is no statement as to this change of policy,  but neither is there any administrative process in place that provides for two year reviews of millions of illegals.  

On June 15th,  Obama told the nation the above 5 conditions were to be met before his version of amnesty was to be offered.  Yesterday (July 27),  we learned that.  24,000 border patrol agents,  represented by their two unions, have exposed the lie for what it is  -  not just a lie,  but one in which Obama looks America in the eye,  tells them one thing and immediately orders a totally different policy  -  one that amounts to amnesty for any who approach the border patrol or ICE.  

In the end,  this lie,  coming from the most blatant phony we have ever seen  masquerading  as "president,"  may very well effect all 6 million illegals current in this country before his nightmare presidency is over.  

The man needs to be arrested or impeached. One thing for certain,  if he loses the coming election,  those of us who have known his true colors long before he took office,  need to bear down and continue to expose him for the phony he is - we need to eradicate any and all possibility of him being remembered in a positive light.  Understand that this has nothing to do with the fact that he is half white.  Rather,  it has to do with the fact that he is a total anti-colonialist and Marxist,  by definition.
