So, what happens with this "contempt" thing going on in the House?

Jamie Zapata and Brian Terry - dead
because of Fast and Furious, period.

Obama and Eric the WithHolder will not back down.  That is what those guys do  --  throw it back in your face. Which means there will be a House vote for contempt and, of course, it will pass. A prosecutor out of Justice will be given the criminal case but will not prosecute.

The House leadership will, then, abandon the criminal complaint and  take the matter into a D.C. civil court.  That court will demand a list of documents and will make a decision per [each] document.  Some of the documents Obama does not want in the hands of the House will be given to that entity.

Understand that of the 7,000 documents given to the House committee out of the 70,000 requested,  none dated after February have been included and that is the problem.  It was in Feb of 2012 that the DOJ stated it knew nothing about Fast and Furious and was latter forced to issue a formal letter taking back that position.  All documents since that time have been locked down.  Someone is hiding something big.

You should know that this is not going away. Two federal agents are dead because of Fast and Furious which makes this a priority case in anybody's book.
