This is the back of George Zimmerman "uninjured" head, you know, the area on the back of his head that was completely injury free.
Now, after this mornings hearing, the radicalized black community, a small part of the larger community, was furious with the judges decisions, one which allows Zimmerman to post $15,000 in cash on a $150,000 bail fee, and live outside a jail cell throughout the trial circumstance.
Something that was not widely reported was the testimony of the state's investigator. When asked if fault for the confrontation had been determined, he answer to the negation and concluded that he was not able to assess blame.
That is significant because Zimmerman has been charged with 2nd degree murder. As a result, the prosecution must show depraved indifference and malice of forethought. Of course, if it is possible, bordering on "likely," that young Martin started the actual confrontation. Unless blame can be determined, malice and depraved indifference cannot be proven . . . . . and Zimmerman is found innocent.
At that time, we will learn just how "gracious" the Martin family really is. Understand, if Zimmerman was a wannabee do-gooder (you Democrats what that is), he needs to be prosecuted to the fullest. Otherwise, he deserves a fair trial
