As I write, Rush has opened his show with a discussion that puts his Saturday apology to Sandra Fluke. You will remember Ms Fluke. She is the 30 year old Georgetown babe pretending to be a 23 year old law student who complained of the expense involved in contraception for her 3 times a day habit that most of us know as the old "bump and grind."
Rush has made it clear that his apology was sincere and, indeed, he sounds sincere to me. Among other remarks, he admitted that he had " . . . .descended to their level when I used those two words to describe Sandra Fluke." He went on to say, “This is not about contraception, that’s what Obama wanted to turn this into, so the Democrats played the game,” and, in that admission, Rush spoke of the real issue in all this.
His comments (Rush's) kept the focus on "contraception" when the continuing issue must be Obama's blatant disregard for the Constitution, our 240 year history on the subject in question. and his battle against faith based institutions while claiming to be a "Christian."
No Christian would ever order such a thing.
Anyway - with Rush's apology, we just might see the focus of this debate change almost overnight. With that, we will see the end of any advantage the Left thought they had developed over the past three weeks and they will be left with their angst against the Constitution and your church, synagogue or mosgue.
Yea? Guess you hadn't heard... All State, AOL, Tax Resolution Services, Bonobo have pulled their advertising from Limbaugh - that makes 11 sponsors - GONE. Not only that, but his show has been cancelled at 2 affiliates and may likely be cancelled on the Arms Forces Radio Network
ReplyDeleteYou ain't seen nothin' yet.
Maybe you'd like to watch ths girl having sex like Limbaugh suggested?
Make no mistake....The public has noted: Republicans have not condemned Limbaugh's comments in a definitive and unified way.
Another nail in the GOP coffin.
