Question #1 In words to this effect, we have this stated concern from Justice Kennedy:

"Doesn't this law fundamentally change the relationship between the American citizen and the Government."

And, with this question, we have Obama's "fundamental" transformation of the United States of America."

Obama made this statement in the end of October, 2008, "We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America." The clowns sitting on the stage behind him, applauded and cheered as if they knew what he was talking about.

In the end, no one knew what he was talking about, except for his rather large cadre of accomplices, already working on the stimulus and health care laws (Tim Geithner, Elizabeth Warren, Larry Summers and host of financial advisers had been working with Senator Obama as he prepared his presidential agenda).
